Juliana, Irene, Bernhard and Beatrix in The Hague, 1940. They did a tour through the city just a few days before the germans invaded the country (and were widely cheered of course). I believe the family moved from Soestdijk to Huis ten Bosch, The Hague in the winter of 1939/1940.

Arrival of Juliana, Beatrix and Irene in Halifax, Canada (the boat is HMS Sumatra, which would sunk down in the Dutch East Indies later in the war).
