"Every day until Christmas Eve we look back at some of the highlights of the year we soon leave behind. This year, the Red Cross held its camp school and holiday center Haraldvigen for 50 years. The king met children who were learning about sea life and sea traffic. The king also had some tips in stock. The place is named after the King himself and is the result of a collective action in connection with the 30th anniversary of the then Crown Prince Harald".

Every day until Christmas Eve we look back at some of the highlights of the year we soon leave behind. For the youth company Birdsavers UB, May 5th was a good day. At that time they were voted Norway's best youth company in 2017. The solution the youngsters have betrayed prevents birds from dying in wind turbines.
- It sits and bubbles in start-up Norway. It does not stop with you, and I'm really impressed by everything you've got, "said Crown Prince Haakon during the award at Lillestrøm.

Every day until Christmas Eve we look back on important events from the year we soon leave behind. The release day and the National Veterans Day are marked annually on May 8th. The king surpasses her navy hunter Ken Andersen War Cross with a sword. This is Norway's highest honor.

Every day until Christmas Eve we look back at one of the highlights of the year we soon leave behind. This year, both the King and Queen filled 80 years. May 9th was the gala dinner at the Palace. Here the Queen has just finished his speech.

Interesting read, Royal Norway.

I'm not sure the public would appreciate a critical programme of the NRF at this time of year.
But if it's balanced and mentioning the controversies there have been over the year perhaps with a few comments, I think that's fine. Otherwise such a review may be too sugar coated. And royals are humans too, they make mistakes. That's what IMO makes them authentic to the public.
However, I don't think the review itself should be critical. - That's for another time.

What do you think the CP-couple should do to redress the problems they, at least in your opinion, have?

For December 14, photos of Queen Sonja opening one of the world's steepest gondolas/cable cars have been released. She opened the cable car in Nordfjord in May, it takes travellers from 'fjord to sky' in five minutes:

"Every day until Christmas Eve we look back at some of the highlights of the year we soon leave behind. This summer Oscarshall was filled with cultural experiences for the whole family. Kultur-Norge joined forces to make a great gift for Queen's 80th birthday. The performances were named "Summer at Oscarshall Culture Palace" The audience could choose from more than 40 different performances. Among the smallest, the Riksteateret was its installation of Karius and Baktus one of the most popular."

"Every day until Christmas Eve we look back at some of the year's highlights. In June, the royal couple launched a journey inland in connection with its 80th anniversary. During the period from 11 to 14 June, the royal couple visited Hamar, Tingnes, Cape, Gjøvik, Lillehammer, Kvamsfjellet, Nord-Odal and Kongsvinger. Children, flags, folk parties and cultural experiences stood in line. An extra stas was to be shipped over Mjøsa with beautiful Skibladner. Here from arrival to Hamar."

"Soon it's Christmas! Every day until Christmas Eve we look back at the small and big highlight of the year we soon leave behind. October 10th, the Crown Princess took the trip to Hokksund in the Upper Eiker municipality. The reason was that the volunteer corps in the municipality filled 10 years. 95 year old Ester Steingrimsen was happy to attend the celebration!"

I wish I could read Norwegian. I have never seen these photos of Q Maud! Still wowed by her tiny waist.
Just watch some translated clips/gifs about the birthday gala, I love "why aren't Swedes faster on their skis?" from Sverre Magnus and Astrid-Mette-Marit's puppy the most.
