I think that strictly speaking he is not a member of the royal family so has no reason to be in an official picture,

Neither is Marius, but Ari Behn is working according to the palace information secretary, hence he was not there, he was in the photoshoot in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004, in 2005 he was sick.
