Who is he?

Carl Christian Ferner is the youngest son of Princess Astrid Mrs Ferner and her husband, Johan Martin Ferner. He was born in 1972. He is in line to the British throne (but not the Norwegian). He manages the clothing store Ferner Jacobsen in Oslo. The store was, if I've understood correctly, founded by his paternal grandfather.
