HM visited 41st bataljon at Oirschot Army base,and was informed on clearing roadside bombs.
The Queen stated she has enormous respect for those in their dangerous jobs. HM also met with the family of private Jos ten Brinke,who was killed in Uruzgan earlyer this year.

HM was excorted by the minister of agriculture & fishing, Gerda Verburg. I believe the mossels sector is in a crisis at the moment so nice that HM pays attention to it! Apart from Yrseke she also visited Zierikzee btw.

HM bestowed the Honorary Medal of Arts and Sciences to choreographer Jiri Kylián during a ceremony at Huis ten Bosch Palace yesterday.
Jiri was artisitic director and choreographer of the Nederlands Dans Theater,and it was during his "reign" that saw the exceptional rise of the Theater to a global player with an exceptional high quality. The Honorary Medal is bestowed to those who have rendered exceptional services to the Arts and Sciences and are close to the Royal House.It is HM who's to decide who will get this House Medal. Just out of curiosity, how do we know that HM will be going there?
She will be just in time for Sinterklaas (Dec. 5th) and Amalia's brithday (Dec. 6th); just wondering if she will dress up like Sinterklaas like her grandmother Queen WIlhelmina did...  .
