Welcome to little Princess Haya!
One thing is certain - Princess Haya will certainly not have lack of playmates. With so many babies born to Fordanian Royal Family, the Palaces are going to be very noisy.

I think it's a bit strange that Hamzah and Noor named their daughter after Haya because she (Dubai Haya) didn't invite queen Noor for her wedding. Haya also always say that she didn't have mother, just a father.

no, the *h* in hussein is a different one to the *h* in hashem or haalah or haya.

Congratulations to Prince Hamzah and Princess Noor on their new bundle of joy.  I did read that The Hashemite Royal Court announced on April 7, 2007 that Prince Hashim and Princess Fahdah had a daughter named Princess Haalah Bint Hashim who was born on Friday April 6, 2007 in Amman Jordan.

Actually tippygurl, the little princesses will be known as HRH Haya bint Hamzah and HRH Hala bint Hashem and not Al-Hamzah and Al-Hashem as this is only for wives , for non arabic speakers bint( means daughter of) .

Hi Everyone this is my first post . I was wondering if Petra News announced the birth yet? I can't find it. Don't they usually announce all the Royal births in Jordan?

just wondering about the name too, it sounds a bit strange to me; K.abdullah named his daughter (Iman) same as his half sister, his son (hashem) same as his half brother, and now hamzah same as his half sister (haya) 
well, the're all one big family after all

Wow..two grandaughters for Queen Noor in just a month... ..This is so wonderful!!!...The Queen must be over the moon about this and very busy doting her two little angels.....Congratulations to Prince Hamzah and Princess Noor and I am soooo happy for Queen Noor for her having a grandaughter again...

I just search on internet news today.
Name after her half aunty Princess Haya?? and
By the way, I did not know that Prince Hashem and his wife Princess Fahdah Mohammed, had a baby girl called Princess Haalah bint Hashim, born Friday, 6 April 2007 in Amman, Jordan.
