Where does that money come from? Her father? I can hardly imagine that she has been earning so much as an actress to be able to buy such a house.
But, I don't know what she has been earning, at least she is not a famous Hollywood Star who earns millions.

Jasmin and Ian together will not have had any problem to obtain a mortgage.

She has a trustfund. Most children of billionaires have one. It is not unusual.

How do you know? Source?
And a Trust is meant to keep the capital, not to spend it.

That someone has a nice house is one.
Two is to look if there is a mortgage taken on it.

Trusts are meant to keep money safe up to a set time. Jazmin is 30, she likely has access to money her father planned for her at this point. It’s also not uncommon for trusts to pay for approved expenses such as education or a home.

Her financial stuff is private and there likely will never be confirmation of most of it, but it seems highly likely her billionaire father has planned for her financial future- and for all of his children.

That article is clickbait . Montecito is a two hour drive from the Hollywood Hills.

Jazmin Grimaldi and the Sussexes are not "neighbors".:ermm:

Of course it is only an assumption, but it is one I have come to after years of watching her and other young royals and wealthy rich kids.

What I believe is that Prince Albert knows that all of his children will inherit his wealth. I think it would be irresponsible to have an adult child suddenly inherit millions and have no idea how to manage it. A trust would be managed by representatives with an allowance coming from it. Usually a child comes into control of the $$$/investments at a certain age. A nice house in California would be a nice investment.

All my assumption, I should not have stated it as fact. I have spent a lot of time on this thread trying to figure out how she had these designer gowns and trips. I finally came to my own conclusion that, like many others, she was a trust fund kid.

It would be irresponsible to sire children to then not care for them, Albert has done his best to care for his children. Of course, she could not be his heir given the circumstances but he is very protective of all his children.

Really great to see them together, Jazmin always seems like a genuinly nice person to be with (ofcourse i dob't know them personally, but that is the vibe from seiing her on photos)

So glad their story had a happy ending. Around the time I left the Forum they were a big news scandal. Albert had recently become the ruling Prince and was to be married. And I recall it was also the time Caroline was the crown princess for Albert while her husband fell ill and in comma.
I'm happy Jazmin with Alexandre are not just part of the family but that their father has taken good care of them.

And a good relationship is not always obvious between half-siblings, especially paternal ones (maternal ones usually grow up together).

I was just wondering about "two eldest sons" and expected a pic of Alexandre and Jacques. Thanks Biri for the correction

:previous:

Alexandre's mother Nicole Coste has shared it on her instagram account, once more calling Albert "King", which is always strange to see:

** instagram post **

Colloquially "King" means great. Young people these days use it interchangeably with GOAT (Greatest Of All Time).

So in this context Nicole is saying Albert is great father.

I had to tell you the first time I heard an athlete being called a GOAT was Simone Byles and I thought that was so rude! Then I looked it up and saw it's a modern English language acronym

Now I'm thinking what an hieroglyphic would look like if it was found saying "Alexander the GOAT" ?

I scrolled down to the picture of Alexandre and his mom, Nicole, seated on a table at a reception and the caption is, like the headline, incendiary. There's certainty no love lost between Nicole's son and Princess Charlene:

In September 2021, Nicole Coste made some incendiary statements about Charlene where she said: 'I have lived things that have impacted me.' According to his version, when Alberto de Monaco and the former swimmer were engaged, the following happened: 'She, for example, changed my son from (his) room, taking advantage of his father's absence and installed him in the wing of the employees'

If the events are in fact true. Nicole is only reacting in the same way any mother would!

You would be correct that the two older children are not in line to inherit the throne of Monaco.

This is how Albert's estate will be shared according to French law that Monaco follows according to his attorney back in 2005. Right now Albert's net worth "With assets valued at more than $1 billion, Albert owns shares in the Société des Bains de Mer, which operates Monaco's casino and other entertainment properties in the principality." Split that in half, then in 4 ways that will be what each child receives. The other half Albert can give to whomever he chooses. I see him giving the majority of it to Jacques, Hereditary Prince of Monaco, Marquis of Baux, as his father did with him. I recall reading Jazmin received money for travel and other things as Alexander. Albert bought a house near Monaco and put it in trust for Alexander where he and his mother lived for awhile. You may find info in the old threads from 2005 and 2006.

I was always under the impression, that the Sovereign Ruler of Monaco is protected from legal claims by diplomatic and legal immunity. This is a part of the fun for a ruler - as long as he commits no crimes against humanity, he can do, whatever he wants...:king:

The French flics can not even write him a parking ticket, right?

So, what legal claims could force him or his heir to do what? So, he should be able to split his fortune as he likes - if at all...

Edit: I googled it - Yep, Prince Albert has already pulled the card of "Sovereign Immunity" in several cases: Frome paternal claims to payment questions.
