Prince Albert attended the annual Bastille Day military parade on the Place de la Concorde in Paris today, July 14, 2014. France had issued an unprecedented invitation to all 72 countries involved in World War I to take part in its annual Bastille Day military parade.

Prince Albert, Empress Farah, Maryvonne and Francois Pinault visited the contemporary art exhibition "ArtLovers- Stories of art in the Pinault collection" at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco on July 15, 2014. The exhibition runs till September 7.

On July 19 and 20 Prince Albert visited Bosnia and Herzegovina to attend the European Junior Wildwater Canoeing Championships. He also held talks with Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nebojša Radmanović.

On August 9 renowned endurance swimmer and United Nation's Environment Programme's Patron of the Oceans, Lewis Pugh completed the first leg of his "7 Swims in the 7 Seas for 1 Reason" campaign to highlight the importance of marine protected reas. Lewis completed his swim from Larvotto Beach in Monaco and was welcomed by Prince Albert.

On August 12 Prince Albert attended the opening ceremony of the European Athletics Championships Zürich 2014 in Zürich, Switzerland.
