This is the amazing catalogue of the auction. The Roxburghe jewels start at page 282.
http://www.sothebys.com/pdf/2015/GE1502/index.html

There are other tiaras as well:
- early 20th century diamond tiara, page 172
- a fringe necklace tiara, page 276

Thanks for the link!
Pearl jewellery (lot 252, lot 281, and lot 374) and solitaire diamond rings (lot 447) are amazing. Asking prices are lower than I expected.

Countess Gunnila Bernadotte af Wisborg's (1923-2016) pearl and diamond diadem will be sold at an auction at Bukowskis December Auction.
Viewings will take place on 6–12 December in the newly renovated premises in Berzelii Park in Stockholm with the hammer auction held on 13 December.
- It is a great honor for us to convey the diadem belonged to Gunnila Bernadotte. She wore it at all solemn occasions and of course the diadem could be seen on both Crown Princess Victoria and Princess Madeleine's wedding, says Sophia Åkerlund, jewelry specialist at Bukowskis.
- The model of the diadem is unusual and certainly very personal in its expression: platinum, diamonds and cultured pearls forming an elegant lily of the valley and the crown is stamped with French stamps. A diadem is often diverse jewelry that can be worn in many different ways: lily of the valley branch can also be worn separately as a brooch.

I am sorry but it looks like something you'd buy from a party supply store or Claire's (or similar store for teen girls).

With the difference that this diadem is made of real platinum, diamonds and pearls

I was under the impression that it was bigger than it is. Probably Gunnilas massive hair made it look bigger.

Unfortunately real jewels doesn't make it look any more impressive

I have read it was originally an aigrette and can still be worn as such. I think it would make a much better brooch. It just doesn't have the presence to be a tiara.

It is not something i would buy, not even as a gift to someone but at least it wasn't fake jewels as i have heard some speculate about.

According to the description in the article from Bukowskis, the lily-of-the-valey formed twig can be removed and worn as a brooch.

A person asks at Bukowskis Facebook, when countess Gunnila Bernadotte af Wisborg's diadem is made? Sophia Åkerlund, jewelry specialist at Bukowskis answers:
- Thank you for your question. It is difficult to determine the exact age, but probably the diadem was made between 1910-1930. It has possibly also been revised.

Didn't Fürst Georg von Waldburg-Zeil die last year? It wouldn't be surprising that the family sold it now in order to raise money for the taxes. According to Christies, this is the original Cambridge Lover's knot tiara, and as far as we know, the original recently belonged to the Waldburg-Zeils. It must be them who sell it, if you ask me.

It's a pity to see it sold, but at least they seem to keep the family's heirloom diamond tiara, which surely has more sentimental and historical value for them.

Edit:
On re-reading the article: Is this lover's knot tiara really sold again? I couldn't find it in the sales catalogue. And the article only refers to the sale in 1985. (In contrast, for the sapphire tiara above, a sale on 15th Nov 2016 is mentioned)

Yes Fürst Georg died last year. But the Family is on of the richest in Germany and i think that already have regulated their walth in spit of death taxes.
After rereading the article i think it is not up for auction. I think only the sapphire tiara is up for auction as it is mentioned under one of the pictures. It seems that only the history about the auctions of the other peaces is told in that article.

Wow, much more that estimated then which is surprising given its not a well known royal tiara.
