I'm not sure what to say to introduce myself. I'm from Denmark and I've always loved our royal family and been fascinated by their history and that has evolved into an interest in royalty in general.

I've been visiting this forum for awhile, so it seemed like a good idea to join in.

Danish Royal Family is absolutely fascinating. You've got a wonderful Queen and Prince Consort, a dedicated crown princely couple, another dedicated Prince and Princess, not to mention 8 absolutely adorable kids, especially the newest addition - Princess Athena. You lucky, lucky lot!

My favourite Danish royal? That's a tough one... I like all of them for different reasons, like Artemisia said, we're very lucky with our royal family. If I have to pick it'll be Queen Margrethe, I think. She's intelligent and funny and she somehow manages to be completely herself and very regal at the same time.

And Princess Isabella is too precious, she's definitely got character too!
