Hello to everyone! I was surfing around and found this forum and I'm so glad I did! I have been a royal watcher forever and it will be such fun to discuss all things royal with some new friends. My username is ladykatharine because I am descended from King Edward I through his daughter Elizabeth Plantagenet. Although it's been so many generations since Elizabeth, I still like to consider myself as having royal blood! 
Elizabeth Plantagenet's male line leads to the present Earl of Devon, now residing at Powderham Castle in Exeter. (I was unfortunately descended from the female line!) I find it rather rude that the Earl has never invited me to Powderham for a fortnight! 
Anyway, I will be pleased to meet you all and look forward to many interesting and informative discussions!
