We just discovered this forum and are looking forward to join in the discussions and to discover more information concerning our supposed royal ancestry lines. It will be very interesting to sort out fact from fiction. For example, my grandfather told us from our childhood that his mother had been a lady-in-waiting to a European queen and had subsequently fallen in love with and married a commoner. We grandchildren grew up being told that our names were added to a royal registry of sorts. My wife is supposedly descended from several royal lines, according to her sister who enjoys researching their ancestry. I don't know what we'll find out, but this should be fun and interesting!
