There is a site that has many of the stamps of Monaco I just don't recall the name at the moment to post it will look or perhaps someone else might recall it.

The stamp of Caroline's birth doesn't show very accurately Princess Grace. Glad you liked the topic :)

I think your right. Her profile seems a little off.
Her cheekbones don't seem high enough.

Indeed it's a beautiful stamp which was inspired by the Karsh photo of Princess Grace shortly after she got married. I'm glad you liked it
