Hopefully tonight we will see all four of the women (Caroline, Stephanie, Charlotte and Charlene!) at the ball! Wouldn't that be great!?!?!? My husband rolls his eyes becase I am like the Red Cross Ball is tonight!!!

I don't know how the Red Cross Ball will be but the fireworks last night at Port Hercule were truly out of this world!

Thank you very much for your kind comments but during all the time I have lived here I have hardly ever seen the new Prince and the Princesses.
I am too busy!
Also I am more the "old fashioned traditional" type so their lifestyle does not appeal to me much.
I would have rather seen PA happily married to a Princess coming from lineage with 5 or 6 children rather than what is happening now. :-(

Welcome!! and thank you for saying that you would prefer something other than what is happening now. Many but not all of us feel that way. Will you be attending the ball this evening?

I get your point. But it's almost impossible. He's turning 50 next year...

Oh... No...
I think I will wake up to the booms of the ball's fireworks at maybe 1.30 in the morning...
It frequently happens with the concert season at the Sporting which is right down below where I live. I get all the best from my windows at least for the sea, the ships and the fireworks. I don't even have to go down there. :-)
I am most curious to find out what the ladies are going to be wearing. It will be most interesting.
More halter tops I guess...
Ohhhh...... I so much we could bring Princess Grace back... :-(

Thank you for your kind words and comments. To make things clear, I am not Monegasque. I am a resident living in upper Monte Carlo.
I am a bit far up to see the people so I won't be able to tell you who is down there. :-) A building blocks my view of the main entrance to the Sporting. I have a full sea/mountain view so I won’t complain.
I am a rather busy person. No idle time. Some of us need to work. :-)
I hope to see pictures of the evening, like you all do. I am sure there will be plenty. I am very curious about what the ladies will be wearing. Not only the Princesses and Charlene but all of them who will be there tonight.
We will find out soon.

It usually starts with drinks at Hotel de Paris before they go to the sporting club. I wouldn't expect any before 22.30h.
