Alexandra dancing! I love it!
And, is it me, or she even looks elegant dancing? She inherited her mom class!

Taking in the the mad party of Saint Jean! Or as we call it, San Juan! Nothing like bonfires and fireworks and... alcohol. Alex looks great! Such a carefree little kid. Must be difficult to keep her that way, given who she is. Thanks rerehh!

Alexandra seems to be having a blast since she moved to Monaco. Figure skating, tennis, partying, always a smile on her face.

On June 23, Prince Albert and Princess Caroline also handed out the
traditional prizes of the Monegasque language competition at the
Court of Honour of the City Council in Monaco.
The competition is organized annually by the Monaco Town Hall in
collaboration with the faculties Monegasque language and history of
Monaco. It's divided into two parts - written and oral tests for the
competing students.

US group ZZ Top and US singer songwriter and musician Iggy Pop pose
with Prince Albert II of Monaco and his fiancee Charlene Wittstock before
giving an open-air concert, in front of The Princely Palace of Monaco,
Monday, July 5, 2010, in Monaco.
What a night in Monaco!

The Prince and Ms Wittstock have good taste in music. Love Charlene's total look. It was interesting that she did not wear earrings.

Its a nice look.
I can understand why she wouldn't wear earrings. Its a nice necklace IMO. Anything big or dangly on the ears would have been too much. At least that's what I think. Studs might have won the day in book.

I really like Charlene in these pictures. I am not very fond of her in strapless gowns which she wears so often, she has very wide shoulders and it makes her head look small, here she looks beautiful and that necklace suits her very much indeed. I like her in a more natural look and not as much in the princess poses we see in magazines.

Going "earring-less" gives her a rocker look.
So I get what she was trying to do.

Prince Albert, Princess Caroline and Charlene Wittstock attend the open air concert of Iggy Pop, ZZ Top and The Stooges in front of the Princely Palace in Monaco on July 5, 2010.

Caroline seems a little... drunk? The glass in her hand is kind of an indicator. They all look like they're enjoying the music.
From ABC (Espanol):
Quote:
|
No estaba solo. Su hermana Carolina y su prometida Charlene Wittstock también se sacudieron con la música, junto con los 6.500 espectadores del concierto. Sin complejos.
|
Translation (by me):
Quote:
|
The customs at the palace of Monaco have changed. First, classic rock bands like Iggy Pop, the Stooges and ZZ Top, blast where before there were the sounds of violins. Then, the Sovereign Prince, the host and the man who invited them, doesn't hesitate in breaking into a dance. He was not alone. His sister Caroline and his fiancee Charlene Wittstock also rocked out with the music, along with the 6,500 spectators at the concert. Without pretense.
