Just watching the "Remise des Médailles aux Bénévoles" - PA giving out medals to charity workers..... I found him quite reserved and wooden, whereas Michel Roger was much more cordial; he was giving out the "Medailles d'Honneur Vermeil et Argent".....
In his address, PA paid homage to all charity workers, especially Ange Fasciolo (a painter) and Jean-Claude Gondeau (Club Amici del Circo) who had died recently.

I would think, now that they are officially engaged, she's required to be there - wouldn't it seems strange for her to miss (or be excluded from) this important event regarding Monaco's history...since, she's going to be its Princess soon?

I really hope to see the Casiraghis one more time. Alexandra is going to be there for sure with her mum.
I imagine there will be a lot of expectation for Charlene's appearence.
I want to see the celebration so bad!!!

Yes, this one will be different - I, too, wonder if Andrea, Charlotte, and Pierre will (need to) be there - hopefully, one more time. Now that they're getting older, don't live w/their mother, are dating and/or working (and, have no official role), I'm sure the novelty of making the balcony appearance has worn off. However, I think the people are looking forward to greeting Charlene on the balcony - a lot of pressure, for sure!
