The MAcDonald reference made me remember a great Grace-Steph anecdote:
the family was in Paris and had an official (or semi official) lunch. In the middle of it Steph started complaining that she wanted to eat an hamburger; confused, Grace asked "what darling? you want to order some ham?" "No! I want an hamburger!"
In the end the driver wad called, Steph was brought to a fast food, had her hamburger, and was back before the dessert.
She certainly knew what she wanted and how ti get it...
