I don't know for sure, I'm just assuming, but that seems a Red Cross Ball, and as the Ball is in the first week of August, I think she must be pregnant with Pierre (he was born the 5th of Sept, Char on the 3rd of August, Andrea the 8th of June)...of course if the pic was taken on a different occasion, my theory fails...
