In my opinion the opening of a new wing for the prestigious Max Planck Institute deserved a lady looking like a Princess of the Netherlands and not dressed like a Kindergarten teacher...



The Princess is going to her fifties now. She looks fantastic, athletic and youthful, but oh boy... these clothes are great for an afternoon with the kids in an amusement park, not for an official opening. A bit more decorum would not harm Her Royal Highness. My humble opinion.

June 23, 2015 - Princess Laurentien paste the sticker first temperature during the launch of the platform Optimaal.nl by Lidl, to battle against food waste. The sticker serves as a reminder to turn the refrigerator 4 degrees, the optimum temperature to preserve food.

On April 21 Princess Laurentien opened the exhibition "Energetics" on the roof of NEMO Science Museum in Amsterdam.
The exhibition shows the energy from wind, water and sun on the basis of specific sculptures and installations.
