Granddaughter of Japanese emperor Akihito dances to K-Pop?

I'm obsessed with kpop (Korean pop music), and saw this article. Apparently, Princess Kako was dancing to Korean girl group SNSD's hit song "Oh," and knew the choreography perfectly. I know that SNSD is popular in Japan, too.

I thought so as well. And it's good to see that it's not been a ceremony compared with
earlier times, where the (royal) children were scared and under pressure during such an
official ceremony and its regulations.

Here's another gallery with some unseen pics:

Thanks for the photos!
Prince Hisahito appears to be a lively child. Princess Kiko and her daughters looked amazing in kimonos.

[QUOTE=ChantalC;1329286]Wow! Princess Mako looks so regal and stunning in her white gown with the jewels and a beautiful tiara.

She´s a pretty thing, but this dress (at least this badly tailored jacket) is simply awful!
She looks like "auntie Mako" or a grandmother in it....

HIH the Princess Akishino Mako was performing her first official engagement solo at inner sanctuary of Ise shinto shrine on November 24th, 2011.
The Princess was praying for the health of HM the Emperor Akihito and paying respect to the Imperial family's ancestors-gods. The Princess has arrived to the shrine with her lady-in-waiting and her father's steward.
