Maybe when the baby is a bit older. For the moment there are good reasons for her to stay behind, but as her son gets older that'll be less so.

Baby Prince Hisahito visits shrine at Imperial Palace
Two-month-old Prince Hisahito, Emperor Akihito's first grandson, was taken Tuesday to the Kashikodokoro (Place of Awe), a temporary structure that is one of three shrines on the grounds of the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, for a ceremony called "Kyuchu-Sanden-ni-Essuruno-Gi."........Prince Akishino, the emperor's second son, and his wife Princess Kiko took the baby to the palace, where the emperor and Empress Michiko live. Prince Akishino, the emperor's second son, and his wife Princess Kiko met with reporters in front of the residence with their first son cradled in her bosom. "We call him Yu-chan now" by pronouncing the Chinese character for Hisa in a Japanese way, said Prince Akishino. Prince Hisahito, the first heir to the imperial throne born in 41 years, is 58.5 centimeters tall and weighs 5,244 grams, according to the agency.
