How was the convincing process? Did they show them trying to speak to him or was it through letters or something? :)

The palace sent a letter to the organisation to tell it was impossible to sent a royal member because they were all bussy with 175 year Belgium .
But actually , Amedeo wanted to come to Lommel , but het didn't got promission from the palace :(
