I am not sure what being a 'Global Partner' means but supporting education is a worthwhile thing to do, so good for her.

Are her sons attending a Montessori school? I thought they were at a boarding school for most of the week? I have never heard of a Montessori boarding school, which perhaps would be a strange thing considering the value Maria Montessori placed on family life.

Everything you said is so true! I love how you worded it, "Tessy [mother-of-two-children] Antony!" She's so transparent, constantly hammering in her connection to the royal family, YES, that family she trashes [remember the meme "throw out the garbage]? If it wasn't for that royal family she wouldn't have all of these good paying nebulous "jobs." I mean, what does she do? Lord have mercy.

Agree, I thought it was strange too. The last time I heard Gabriel and Noah are at Sunningdale School in Berkshire, which is a boy's boarding school.

Still holding on to her title to get these kind of positions that help her raise her profile. I wonder why organizations think that associating with her is a good thing.

How pathetic. She could do lots of different things. She probably couldn't do them representing the grand ducal family as her husband was no longer in line to the throne but I see little reason why she couldn't do some small projects (she was studying abroad for most of the time and raising a family) that were really about helping people instead of trying to gain attention for herself. I don't think anyone would have hold her back had she decided to volunteer (especially if she would do so without informing her fanbase and the media about it). It seems that most family members do lots of things under the radar, so I don't see why Tessy would have been forbidden from doing so.

I just feel for Tessy, she is so out of control with her life at this point and she is floundering around trying anything to get attention. Someone in her family or friends really needs to sit her down and get her some help. It is so easy to see what is going on with her, anger, being insecure and not knowing which way to turn......someday she will hit bottom and I hope it is soon. Blaming the world for all her problems is not helping her.
 
At the beginnng there was no anger and no attack towards the Grand Ducal Family. Recenytly Grand Duke jean turned 97 and she wrote on instagram : ; the only one who welcommed me with open arms !

Hopefully the boys get to spend time with their paternal family as well as I only noticed their maternal grandmother in the pictures.

Perhaps some people can look beyond her divorce and see the work she does :whistling:

Though her personal life is a mess, her professional life certainly is not. And its an award from a group that promotes business leadership in young people.

Like her or not, she has done a lot as UNAIDS ambassador, and as a founder of professors without borders. It isn't the first time she has been recognized for her work by a group.

The Heditary Grand Dukes should be there for Luxembourg, but where are They ??

the fact that she is there as a representative from luxembourg shows that there is some sort of recognition of her by the court, am i right? special olympics is an important event, i am surprised the court hasn't sent a more senior member of the family (or at least one who is rightfully 'in' the family still).

What is she supposed to be doing for he own life? Surely there is no harm in trying to do some good for others
 
If she's there in support of Luxembourg officially or unofficially and talking about the athletes, she's not at home tweeting about her husband's family and "being the mother of two Princes" which is good for her and for her family. Nothing she's done so far has been controversial. Win for everyone, including some of the participants.

She may have been asked to go because she was already familiar with Abu Dhabi.

Wow she is out helping people, supporting great initiative like the Special Olympics. How horrid of her. One could argue she is setting a great example for her son, being out supporting causes.
 
Interesting development. I wonder whether she is there because of or despite of the Luxembourg grand ducal family (not) wanting her to attend. Hopefully, the first, that would be very forgiving of them...

Studying in London. I hope to see them and more family at Octave.

Tessy's first official solo engagement was a charity dinner for the Special Olympics in May 2015, see Tessy Goes Solo (For the First Time)

I think Tessy is in Abu Dhabi on behalf of RTL and probably for her consultancy as well. It's a great opportunity for networking. I doubt she's the official representative as the GDF most likely didn't send anyone.

Actually, I'm disappointed the GDF hasn't utilized other members much since the HGD couple left for their year in the UK. Recently, it seems Luxembourg only really needs 1 royal as GD Henri is everywhere. GD Maria Teresa is engrossed with "Stand Speak Rise Up" forum (which is great. I'm just pointing out most of her activities are related to the forum since mid-January)

ETA: However, I remember someone mentioned the GDF agenda is sparse at the beginning of the year so maybe there really is no need for others.

To me Tessy is not representing the Grand Ducal family.
She is there because she has ambassador roles etc.. and is often in Abu Dhabi.
 
In Luxurazzi picture of HS Hiighness Princess Nora who represented Liechtenstein.

Prince Louis was there too (no picture) and Princess Tessy wrote the opening ceremony for RTL ! ( No picture of her too).
Please Eya , stop sending us every day Tessy's Instagrams , with her personnal glory.
