Now that would be too funny. But for some reason with his busy schedule I don't think he Goggles himself often.

And one thing I've always wondered about is how they would act. I mean in terms of him being who he is. Do you think that she would know that he's a Duke, or would she not know? Would he assume that she knows who he is? Do you think that would effect how they are to each other in the beginning? I mean would it be like "yea, you know I'm a Duke so that's why your acting so sweet?"
Hmm don't know. Unless she's from Luxembourg there's a good chance that she wouldn't know who he was. I'm from the states and I didn't know about Luxembourg until I read my brother's Guiness World Records book and that was only 2 months ago! it wouldn't suprise me if he ended up marrying someone from a different country. Though she would have to learn a new language, but that might not be as hard, seeing as when you go to college they usually require you to know, or want you to know a second language. I know spanish, so I've often been told that it would be a lot easier to learn french and italian, since the languages are similar. Me of course being an american, would love to see a new american royal (though we do have prince Albert's daughter).

I think thet it is almost sure that he will marry a girl af a different nationality since princes usually meet their girlfriends by contacts/connections or partys attended by the international jet-set .. for example maxima and WA, frederick and mary.. guillaume and pia.. harry and chelsy davy.. etc..

I agree. I mean it's possible that one of the Princes may end up with a Lux girl but I sort of doubt it. The internation jet-set scene gives them a chance to meet girls all over the world, which gives me hope that I might get one of them lol.

Not to start rumors or anything but I remember seeing Guillaume with this very attractive blonde in some of the pictures from the Grand Ducal Couple's silver wedding celebrations (and no it wasn't Pia). She had short hair, a pretty blue dress on. It wasn't a photo op picture so I think it was Guillaume escorting the woman, or at least that's what it looked like. I also remember that they were both smiling...

Think that means anything?

My answer is no. The past four grand dukes and grand duchess gave up power to the heir. Guillaume's family has a history of fathering male children. So I guess he won't have a problem and the family has plenty of males in line.

Oh, well I'm sure we all know that but this thread was posted as "The Next Crown Princess of Luxembourg" and we all know what the topic started meant so that's why it hasn't been changed...

On a different I'm sorry to say that I haven't found any trace of the picture...*Braces for the attacks from angry Guillaume fans*

Lauxembourg has male primogeniture, but a girl can become HGD if there are no male heirs. Currently there is - Alexandra is in line only after Guillaume, Felix, Louis, the other Guillaume and his sons. King Albert took over after his brother, King Baudouin, died childless. It would probably be no big deal in that sens even if Guillaume and his future wife had no children. The UN's Committee on Elimination of Discrimination against Women has, btw, taken interest in the Luxembourg succession law, and demanded it to be changed. Link here.

Did you know by the way that the tendency to have children of certain sex comes from the father? If your man only has brothers and you want a girl, the probability of that happening isnt't very high. The GD Charlotte, younger of two girls, married Felix Bourbon-Parme, who came from a large family and had many brothers, and his descendants mostly have large families and many sons; GD Jean is the eldest of six and Henri the second of five.
