The Swedish Crown Princess Couple's Foundation

The royal court about Pep Forum at its website:
The seminar was organized by Generation Pep in order to create conversation, commitment and change for the health of children and adolescents.
The Pep Forum held in Aula Medica in Solna gathered around 800 participants representing politics, business, community, research and practitioners.
The Crown Princess began the day saying "All children have the same right to an active and healthy life, but for different reasons, not everyone gets that opportunity. Perhaps you lack knowledge or motivation. Maybe you don't have physical or economic conditions. Or maybe you don't have support from home. But for whatever reasons, the fact remains: Far too many children and young people in Sweden live in a way that is directly dangerous for their future health. And those who eventually suffer from ill health are the ones who are already having life financially and socially difficult. It's worrying, it's deeply unfair and it's unsustainable." [...]
Prince Daniel closed the Forum and said: ".. the whole society must be united in joint effort. Therefore it is so important to get together politics, business life and organizations - just like we do today. [...]
Therefore, it is wonderful to see that Sweden is filled with organizations and driving forces who want to make a difference. We have really known this since we started.
It was also very hopeful to hear how some of Sweden's absolute largest companies discourse about their commitment and responsibility in these questions.
But you don't have to drive a company to understand how important it is to invest in the future, and to invest properly. And when it comes to investments that we make together, as a society, I can't actually imagine anything wiser or more necessary than equipping the next generation for a long, healthy and active life.
Because what my wife said when she started this meeting:
Sweden should not only be a prosperous country. It should be a country where all children and young people have the opportunity to feel good."
In the afternoon, workshops were held on issues such as; How are healthy living habits for children and young people formed? and What can we do together in different areas to influence to the right direction?

Annika Strandhäll, the Minister for Health and Social Affairs, spoke at the forum. From her Twitter:
"The Crown Princess couple focuses on children's and youth's health / movement. Fun to talk at @gen_pep along with business, research, associations #pepforum

Besides Annika Strandhäll, also another minister attended the Forum - Esben Lunde Larsen, Minister for the Environment and Food of Denmark.
Photos from his Facebook: "A very exciting and profitable day in Stockholm in the company of the TRH Crown Princess Couple, which has taken the initiative for Gen-Pep, which is a major project for lifting the Swedish society's challenges with nutrition and health - completely in line with the Danish government's work with our interministerial work with diet and health. Both Sweden and Denmark have enormous health, human and economic challenges with life-related illnesses - and the challenge is getting bigger, why we have to act.
And then there was also a little entertainment of Idol 2017 participants. Good weekend here from Stockholm"

One of the speakers at the Forum was Victoria and Daniel's friend Cristina Stenbeck, who is a founding partner of GEN-PEP with her Cristina Stenbeck Youth Foundation.
40 years old, main owner in Kinnevik with 80,000 employees. Cristina Stenbeck told her about her commitment to GEN-PEP, and spoke for the first time about the death of her younger brother, Max Stenbeck.
- I lost my little brother Max in type 1 diabetes. He was 30 years old, and when suffering from such a tragedy, you must use the insight into something important. And I really think I can do that through GEN-PEP. My move to Sweden with my family coincided with GEN-PEP's startup. I was looking for something to do and thought it was a good thing. We need to create good role models. At home, I always try to show a good example and not sit on the couch too much. It is important that children and young people understand that movement can be the difference between a long life and a life that ends in advance.
Cristina said that with 32 companies and four children, she doesn't feel so fit. But she is chasing her one-year-old, and something is always going on when one travels as much as she does. She keeps it simple, chooses things that work in her everyday life. And she teaches her children how important it is to move.
- GEN-PEP is a fantastic grassroots movement and incredible entrepreneurship. We will see totally measurable results!, said Stenbeck.
Cristina Stenbeck berättar om stora familjetragedin _ Svensk Damtidning

Cristina Stenbeck was also interviewed at SVT's Morgonstudio yesterday morning. I haven't heard her speaking before, she has an interesting voice.
Cristina said that it is important that the whole society works together with this, one of our time's biggest health challenges. She participates as a representative of the business life, but also as a mother of four children. Cristina said that she is married to an "Ironman" so he gets them started and inspires them all. They are out in the woods and in the park and simple things keep them active. Cristina also told about getting good food to the children: She tries to get vegetables through juice and smoothie in the morning and then for dinner. Today, there are much better things to buy like broccoli chips and other things the kids like to eat. Cristina was asked why it is important that a business leader like her is involved in public health? She said that the customers demand that, and their employees want that. It's just fun that their company wants to take part and spread the knowledge. And this is important for her as a mother.

Idols' unexpected meeting - with Crown Princess Victoria
The Crown Princess couple is the initiator of GEN-PEP organization, with the aim of giving all children and young people in Sweden the opportunity to live an active and healthy life.
The goal is to succeed in engaging the entire community in the organization's work, from local driving forces to politicians and spokesmen. And on Friday it was Idols' turn. Hanna Ferm, Kevin Klein and Jemima Hicintuka received a royal charge for the evening - by founders Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel.
Prince Daniel, however, remained at a respectful distance from the three Idols when he told that he was having a little cold and would not risk contaminating them before their important night.
- Stay away there, I can stand here, says Victoria playfully to her husband and said to Idols:
- So nice. Thank you for that you wanted to come with your tight schedule.
- Our pleasure, Kevin answered.
The idols also presented a song, "Don't you worry child".
- It went very fast. I don't even know what happened to me. I was completely afraid to talk to Prince Daniel because I thought "Think I say something wrong, think if he judges me, think if he doesn't vote for me!" So I just stood there in the background and did my thing and then I just left. But it was fun to meet him and Victoria. I can't really believe it, says Jemima.

GEN-PEP has a new partner: ActiveS
Tell about yourself, who are you? * ActiveS - part of Matting AB, will provide opportunities for an active school environment and reduced student sedentary. ActiveS works actively for a better health and good habits for long-term for students.
What attracted you to Generation Pep? * We think that what Generation Pep stands for and works for is an extremely important issue. Generation Pep's goals and purposes are basically quite similar to what we have. The issue of child health is large and can be seen from many different perspectives and where we saw that we can help raise the focus in school and in the everyday lives of children. With Generation Pep's fervent commitment and possibilites, we obviously agreed to contact to work together on this issue in the long run!
What do you hope we will accomplish together? * That the knowledge about what too much sedentary and too little activity actually means for our children increases in the long run. And perhaps the most important, what can be done in the school's environment to increase activity and reduce sedation.

Press release from GEN-PEP, 14th November
ActiveS and Generation Pep launch the initiative Sveriges Piggaste Klassrum (The most lively Classroom in Sweden) to inspire more movement in school
The competition is in progress until March 1, 2018
Swedish children are least active throughout the Nordic countries. At the same time, research shows that activity increases children's ability to learn. The school is an important actor and arena to reach children and young people, and to inspire movement and spread good examples, the competition is launched Sveriges Piggaste Klassrum. Behind the initiative are the company ActiveS, Generation Pep and Metro.
The school can play an important part in reversing the trend and creating lifelong positive habits for children and young people. In many parts of the country, good things are already being done to create a more active study environment. These are the initiatives that the competition Sveriges Piggaste Klassrum will capture and spread to more. The goal is to create an idea bank that all schools can be inspired by.
Lenka Prokopec Karlberg, partner manager of Generation Pep:
- We are very pleased that Matting through ActiveS is a new partner to us. We strongly believe in the power of involving the children and their amazing creativity through the competition and giving them their best tips on how they are active in the classroom. We hope there will be a lot of contributions, which we can then spread to other schools. Here we believe that together with ActiveS, through the competition Sveriges Piggaste Klassrum, we are able to make a difference.

According to a SIFO survey conducted in 2016, only 35% of the respondents know how much green, fruit and berries everyone over 10 years should eat a day. Among Swedish children, only 25% eat the recommended intake of 400 grams of green, fruit and berries per day (500 grams for children over 10 years) and Swedish children's nutrition intake amounts to 22% of different forms of sugar, more than twice as much as recommended 10% according to WHO.
Because of this, GEN-PEP has together with star chef Niklas Ekstedt produced seven short films with simple and good recipes that show how to easily get children eat more vegetables, fruit and berries, under the name "500 grams a day". Each recipe fills the recommended amount of 500 grams per day.
Ekstedt is a chef, restaurant owner and program leader on TV, who became known through the program Mat in SVT. Niklas has also written 5 cookbooks, one of the most recent books "Mitt Barn äter allt: men det är såklart inte sant" (My Children Eat Everything: But of course that is not True) is written together with Christian Daun and is about children's diets.
- I am very pleased to be part of Generation Pep. It's not always easy to eat healthy and I think, like Generation Pep, it's more about adding good habits and that it's fun and easy to eat both good and healthy, that I hope we will be able to contribute with these films, says Niklas Ekstedt.
Niklas Ekstedt is thus one of GEN-PEP's new ambassadors - pep-souls - who will help to create commitment to positive eating habits among children and young people.

"The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation invited to a seminar on community and confidence. The foundation works to counteract exclusion and wants children and young people to grow up to safe and strong individuals with a positive faith for the future.
To the seminar were invited representatives of nonprofit organizations and people who are involved in the work of the Foundation in various ways. During the afternoon in the Bernadotte Library, it was discussed about what creats community in society, how we trust each other and how this counteracts exclusion".

Crown Princess Victoria welcomed all and spoke about the importance of acquiring different kinds of knowledge to make good decisions, but that it requires commitment and goodwill if we want to achieve a good community.
Elin Annwall, Managing Director of the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation, told about the Foundation's work: it highlights problems, finances projects and creates own initiatives.
In the afternoon, Lars Trägårdh, Professor from Ersta Sköndal Bräcke University College, spoke. He is leading a research project on social confidence in Sweden.
Then Dilsa Demirbag-Sten talked with three people who work with projects which create inclusion and are supported by the foundation: Meyling Calero, coordinator for Svenska med baby, Ia Kjellsdotter, the head of organization Passalen and Patrik Asplund, CEO of Goodsport.
Journalist and writer Negra Efendić told about experiences of being "neither nor", in her former home country, you are Swedish, but in Sweden you are not Swedish at all, about the quest to fit in but also about finding strength.
Prince Daniel finished the seminar by thanking all contributors and enclosed by pointing out how important is that we see each other and care about each other.

GEN-PEP has a new partner: Leos Lekland
Tell about yourself, who are you?
Leos Lekland is the Nordic region's largest children's indoor playground chain with a total of 42 facilities (24 in Sweden, 9 in Norway, 5 in Denmark and 4 in Finland). When the company started in 2006, the founders wanted to create a meeting place for families focused on play and movement. It is more relevant than ever since reports from the WHO show that the children are moving too little today.
What attracted you to Generation Pep?
For us at Leos Lekland children and movement have always been close to our hearts. Then it feels like a natural step to collaborate with Generation Pep because we have the same goals.
What do you hope we will accomplish together?
Together, we want more children to move. The first initiative is to offer half-price yearly cards until Christmas. It will be fun and cheaper to play a lot at Leos.

The Royal Court put today to their Youtube a video of The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation's seminar at Bernadotte Library at the Royal Palace on 24th November.
In the beginning of the video we see a short clip of Victoria's speech, and in the end of Daniel's speech.

The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation has it's office at the Royal Palace.

But Generation Pep (GEN-PEP) has it's office at Norrsken House, founded by Niklas Adalberth (one of the inspirators at Prince Daniel's Fellowship) and his Norrsken Foundation. Norrsken House was founded to be "Europe's biggest hub for social impact", it is designed to be a working and meeting place for hundreds of social entrepreneurs from across the world.

Dagens Nyheter DN had a series of articles about Norrsken House and the organizations working there, on 1st December they wrote also about GEN-PEP:
"At 08.25 Gerda Nilsson Tjernström from Generation Pep calls to publisher Bonnier Carlsen and orders 85,000 copies of the book "Saga-sagor – fiffiga kroppen och finurliga knoppen" by Josefine Sundström and Emma Göthner, which will be distributed through child-welfare centers around the country.
The organization is initiated by the Crown Princess couple and works to spread knowledge that gives children and young people better opportunities to live healthy. The focus is on food and physical activity. The working method is to gather business, public, nonprofit organizations and committed individuals around the issues. Telia, H&M, Stiga Sports and Metro Hälsa are some partners of Generation Pep, or Gen-Pep, which became the nickname of the organization."

Generation Pep (GEN-PEP) published on 10th January the three finalists of "Årets Peppare" Prize:
Generation Pep, a non-profit organization initiated by the Crown Princess couple, works to spread knowledge and create commitment to children and young people's health. Last year the organization founded Årets Peppare, a prize awarded by Prince Daniel at the Sports Gala.
Årets Peppare will be delivered to a person, organization or initiative that has made it possible for children and young people to move in Sweden in an inclusive and accessible way. To find Årets Peppare, nominations have been collected from the Swedish people in the autumn 2017. After that, the jury has appointed three finalists, one of which will be Årets Peppare 2018 and receive the prize in live broadcast at the Sports Gala on January 15th.
The finalists are:
Gerestaskolan, Fritidsbanken and Nina Kristell Wergeni
Gerestaskolan
In order to improve children's health and contribute to increased concentration, Gerestaskolan in Härnösand has as an example of many efforts introduced Morgonpuls, which means that the school day begins with 15 minutes of morning sports at the schoolyard.
Fritidsbanken
Fritidsbanken serves as a library with sports and leisure gadgets. Here you can borrow equipment for an active free time free of charge, for example skis, skates, inlines, life jackets, snowboards and much more.
Nina Kristell Wergeni
Nina 17 years old, a fantastic leader and role model who, through Svedala GIF Gymnastics Association, invests a lot of her free time to lead children in gymnastics. Her great driving force is to give all children who want to move a chance to that.

Before the Årets Peppare Prize was delivered, at the Sports Gala was shown part of GEN-PEP's video, where Daniel tells about their work for the children and young people's health.
Then adventurer and lecturer Aron Anderson came to the stage with his wheelchair. He said that he would have liked to deliver the prize with prince Daniel, but he is sick and at home. Anderson told how he got cancer and he was nine when he had to use to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. He told about the people who helped him during his battle back to life.
Then Aron Anderson delivered the Årets Peppare prize to Gerestaskolan "for their active commitment to the health of children".

- This feels absolutely amazing. We are so glad that our work has been highlighted so well, says principal Carina Söderlind Löfvander from Gerestaskolan's special school, when Allehanda talked with her after the gala.
What does this prize mean to you?
- It means incredibly much for both our staff and the children. It is positive that it is noticed in whole Sweden that it is good to move, says Söderlind Löfvander.
- We would like to express our sincere thanks to Härnösand municipality that gave us the conditions. Then we would like to thank all the guardians who believed and supported us. Men above all we want to thank the employees who have fought every day and morning. You're just the best, says Sara Marklund, principal at Gerestaskolan.

Generation Pep at their website:
Member of the Jury Aron Anderson delivered the prize, with following motivation:
Through an inclusive health initiative with movement and joy as a tool, all children get an energizing and strengthening start on school day. The initiative to pep and morning pulse on the schedule was taken by the dedicated staff at the school to, like more good school examples, give pupils increased opportunities in their schooling and provide early conditions for a healthy life. For their active commitment for the health of children and for the inspiration they give Gerestaskolan in Härnösand is given the Årets Peppare 2018 Prize.
In Globen to receive the prize were the principals of the School of Business, Sara Marklund and Carina Söderlind Löfvander and sports instructor Mathias Åström.
- All students have different conditions and at Gerestaskolan, we believe that everyone feels well when they are moving. In a simple way, we have created the opportunity for more movement in everyday life. This is for us a first step in our health promotion work where movement and learning belong together, happy representatives from Gerestaskolan said in their speech.

Metro in longer cooperation agreement with Generation Pep
Media House Metro has signed a longer cooperation agreement with non-profit organization Generation Pep (GEN-PEP). Together, the aim is to continue to spread knowledge and create commitment to children and young people's health. Generation Pep was initiated by the Crown Princess couple and was launched in Almedalen in July 2016.
Last spring, Metro launched an series of articles with Generation Pep, with Carolina Klüft as the guest editor of Metro Health, where experts and profiles shared simple and fun tips on how kids and young adults can get more movement in their daily lives. Metro has also participated in one of Parasport's Special Olympics School Day in Järfälla. Metro was also in place in Flen when Generation Pep launched the first Pep Day together with local driving spirits at the end of September.
On January 31, Metro will lift "Upp och hoppa, Sverige" (Up and jump, Sweden!) Something Generation Pep has begun and the aim is to raise the issue of children's health higher on the agenda of society by showing that we all stand behind children and young people's right to a healthy life. Metro will on this day dedicate the entire first page to Upp och Hoppa, Sverige!
- As one of Sweden's largest and most important media houses, we have the opportunity to bring the whole community into this work. Together with Generation Pep we stand as the media behind and want to convey it further. An incredibly important work that everyone has to take responsibility for. Leading Swedish companies, foundations, nonprofit organizations as well as private individuals, says Karin Österman, Marketing Director of Metro.
- We are pleased that Metro shares our vision that all children and young people in Sweden should have the opportunity to live an active and healthy life and that we can spread knowledge and inspire to more movement and better eating habits, says Lenka Prokopec Karlberg, Partner Responsible of Generation Pep.

Royal visit to Smedby
Last night, Smedby received royal visit by Prince Daniel. He is the patron of En Frisk Generation, which is responsible for a health project for families in Smedby. Now he was playing a handball.
The project has been running for over four months and includes 40 children and adults living in Smedby. They meet twice a week for a year and aim to get a healthier lifestyle, with better food and more fun. The arrangement is that they first train together and then eat a common meal.
- Prince Daniel has a genuine interest in training, health and nutrition, and wants as many people as possible in Sweden to get to know it, says Mathias Bohman, Chair of the Executive Committee of Upplands Väsby, who was with at the visit.
The atmosphere was on top.
- There was a lot of energy in the room, joy, laughter. No pointers. It is fun to see that BSK (Bollstanäs SK Handball) steps forward and takes responsibility for public health in Väsby.
Prince Daniel was not just at the sidelines but was playing a ball.
- Some child said to him: "It was fun to win you!" Prince Daniel was really interested in talking to all children and parents, said Mathias Bohman, who himself had got a good impression of the project:
- It is clear that many children and parents have come to the conclusion that it is fun to train together.

Daniel launches today with Generation Pep (GEN-PEP) campaign "Upp och hoppa, Sverige" (Jump up, Sweden) against sedentary and to get people move more. Expressen shows a video Daniel has made in Ockelbo at the ice hockey match. Daniel and the hockey stars sit and look at their mobiles until Peter "Foppa" Forsberg's mobile rings. Then they stand up and start doing squats.
Generation Pep and its partners (among them H&M, IKEA and Telia Sverige) challenge the companies to break sedentary at least once in 30 minutes. During the day many companies, foundations and organisations break their work at least once to move a little.

Generation Pep in a campaign with Johan Glans
The Crown Princess couple's organization takes help of comedian Johan Glans to make Sweden "Jump up".
Generation Pep is an organization initiated by the Crown Princess couple. The aim is for children and young people to be given the opportunity to live an active and healthy life.
Therefore, the organization is now creating a new initiative where they want to break the Swedish people's sedentary.
- Sedentary is a global problem and has serious consequences for our health. The challenge is too great for any individual actor to handle oneself. We all, individuals, public sector, organizations and companies need to take responsibility together. We therefore urge everyone who wishes to show their commitment to be involved in breaking the sedentary, said Gerda Nilsson Tjernström, managing director at Generation Pep, in a press release.

Breaking off sedenraty also breaks off many of the negative effects. Who trains a couple of times a week is affected by sitting long periods. The important thing is to break off the long sedentary moments in everyday life.
Therefore, Generation Pep has taken the initiative Upp och hoppa, Sverige! (Jump up, Sweden!) Together with partners, Generation Pep now encourages more to engage and break off sedentary because children do as adults do, not as they say.

Carolina Klüft on the new initiative: "We must break the sedentary"
Carolina Klüft encourages movement joy along with Generation Pep and Metro.
The non-profit organization Generation Pep, with Prince Daniel and Carolina Klüft in the lead, arranges now "Up and Jump Sweden-Day" to visualize the sedentary.
Generation Pep is launching the initiative (Upp och hoppa, Sverige" ("Jump up, Sweden" this year. Together with a number of collaborators, including Metro, Generation Pep will get Sweden to break off the pattern with sedentary.
- It's a bit like earth hour. It's a campaign day to highlight sedentary. All our partners will take different initiatives to make this happen in some way.
It is the joy of sport and community issues that has made Carolina Klüft engaged in issues relating to young people's health.
- I have a background as an athlete, but have always talked a lot about the joy of sport and how it is my main motivation source. Therefore, this question is very close to my heart. And I have the opportunity to talk about this and affect society. I'm just doing my little part.
Mai-Lis Hellenius, professor and chief physician at Karolinska Institutet warns for sedentary, as studies have shown that for every hour we sit down, life is shortened by 22 minutes.
- Sweden belongs among the most sedentary countries in the world, while we are one of the countries that exercise the most. We exercise intensively for short periods of time, but sit most of the time. This applies to both adults and children. As we sit down, we lower energy consumption, leading to abdominal fat, diabetes and, in some cases, cancer, says Mai-Lis Hellenius.
To those who feel the motivation diminishes as soon as they step into a gym, Carolina Klüft has some tips.
- This is about everyday training and moving pleasure. Take the stairs instead of the lift, up and jump for a minute, or jump off a station before yours. Then maybe not everybody can do this, but you are moving to your ability of course.
What are you going to do during this day?
- I get practice so naturally in my everyday life, but I love to dance so it can be a little dance break!

Many of GEN-PEP's partners promote "Upp och hoppa, Sverige" at their website and social media today.

Jump up and break the habit of sitting down
Today, 31 January, the organisation Generation Pep puts focus on the fact that many Swedish children and young people sit very still in their everyday life. To break this habit, the organisation has started the campaign “Upp och hoppa, Sverige!” (“Jump up, Sweden!”).
The University of Gothenburg is one of many partners in Generation Pep, which is a non-profit organisation started by the Crown Princess Couple. Magnus Lindwall, researcher in health psychology at the University of Gothenburg, is one of the researchers that contribute with their knowledge to Generation Pep.
– Our piece to the puzzle is what motivates people to do physical activities and the driving forces behind a sustainable behaviour. You shouldn’t only exercise when there is a new app out, like Pokemon Go, but every day. Daily exercise has many health benefits, for the body and for the mind, says Magnus Lindwall.
The objective for “Upp och hoppa, Sverige!” is to increase knowledge about the benefits of daily exercise. And going to the gym three times a week isn’t enough. The recommendations are that you once every half hour get up from your chair to move around.

Sweden is one of the world's most sedentary countries - we sit average 9 hours a day. With the Upp och hoppa, Sverige! campaign the Generation Pep organization wants today to pay attention to children and young people's right to a healthy life by raising the importance of movement breaks.
To support this initiative, Health Care of Karolinska Institutet presents a challenge for employees and students at KI:
The challenge
Make 10 sguats every hour during the work / study day. How many hours in a row can you do?

Sedentary shortens life. But breaking off sedentary will break down the negative effects. If you sit long periods of a day, it is unfortunately not enough to practice a couple of times a week. Instead, it's about being less sedentary in everyday life.
Together with Generation Pep, the Swedish Ski Association performs the campaign "Upp och hoppa, Sverige!". Children do not do what we adults say, they do what we do. We must therefore start by changing our own behavior.

Starting today, ICA starts health initiative with commitment in Generation Pep's initiative "Upp och hoppa, Sverige". ICA also launches a test that, by nudging, pushes customers towards healthier options when shopping online.
ICA has previously successfully tested nudging to attract customers to make sustainable choices when shopping in store and now proceeds to online shopping. Through tips on more healthy options and links to those products, customers will be easily inspired to try out new options.
In the first few weeks of February, ICA also performs the central campaign " Våga testa" (Dare to Test), focusing on fruits and vegetables. With activities in both social media and stores along with promotional prices, ICA wants to inspire to eat more fruit and vegetables.
ICA also has a commitment to Generation Pep, which today carries out the initiative "Upp och hoppa, Sverige" to break off the sedentary and for all children and young people's right to a healthy life. ICA will be involved in the initiative and invite all employees to take a few minutes' breaks during the day.

Metro had an article about GEN-PEP's project leader Carolina Klüft keeping a training sessionat the Riksdag.
- It's important that we highlight this issue from various sides, and politics has an important role, says Carolina Klüft.
Member of the Riksdag Saila Quicklund (Moderate Party) was inspired by Klüft's visit and intends to try to ensure that there is more everyday movement in the Riksdag.
- We'll sit down and talk about this tomorrow. This will spread, she says.
Is this your first time you have a training break in the Riksdag?
- Yes, of what I know about and that we do it together in this way.
Vice-leader Jakob Forssmed from Christian Democrats appreciated Klüft's training session.
- It may lead to better decisions and that we think clearer in this house, he says.

Margareta Thorgren said to Expressen that Victoria wants with a humorous way tell an important message. Victoria is the founder of GEN-PEP with Daniel and she is very involved in GEN-PEP's work. To convey a message that it is important to move is part of that. The reporter asks if Victoria is often training at the stairs of the Royal Palace, Thorgren answers that the crown princess trains a lot.
