Pep School celebrates 1 year - The school's work for children and young people's physical health can reduce inequality
In May 2018, Generation Pep launched the free support Pep Skola. Pep School is initiated by Generation Pep in collaboration with four primary schools and researchers from the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences, University of Gothenburg and Karolinska Institutet. In less than a year, over 900 schools have registered at Pep School and in this way have actively taken a stand for wanting to put the students' health high on the agenda.
- Today we know that the physical health of children and young people is unfortunately not equal. We see great differences depending on where in the country you live, how old you are and what gender you have. The school here has a unique opportunity to contribute to more equal health throughout the country when they meet all children. We saw a great demand for precisely clear concrete tools and methods for working with these issues, which Pep Skola offers completely free of charge and in just one year we have over 900 schools included in the tool, says Carolina Klüft, Managing Director of Generation Pep.

The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation in collaboration with InnoCarnival Skåne
InnoCarnival is a school project that engages over 20 municipalities, 200 schools and nearly 5,000 students in Skåne, on the theme of innovation creation with a focus on the UN Global Goals.
InnoCarnival reaches out to children and young people throughout Skåne and enables students in 6th grade secondary school to familiarize themselves with Agenda 2030 and develop their own innovations in response to global and regional challenges. The purpose of the initiative, which is now in its fourth year, is to stimulate children's and young people's creativity and arouse interest in sustainability issues.
The project starts in August and continues throughout the school year. Students and educators will have the opportunity during the year to take part in creative teaching environments arranged by various regional actors, eg IKEA Museum, Marine Knowledge Center in Malmö and Cool Minds, and through Skånetrafiken all students receive free transport.
The whole thing ends with an innovation carnival April 15-16, 2020 in Malmö, where all students, teachers, principals and representatives from the business community meet.
Here, the contestants will also have to pitch their innovation ideas for a jury with "Drakar" consisting of Steve Angello - För Vårt Sverige, Henrik Ekdahl - Optimizer Invest, Gunilla Von Platen - Transcom, Erling Pålsson - Malmö City Real Estate, Mikael Kretz - Qgroup and Nahal Illerstig - The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation.
The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation is pleased to support and engage in InnoCarnival. The foundation's vision is that all children and young people in Sweden should grow up to be safe and strong individuals with a positive future faith - and that is exactly what this initiative enables Skåne's all children and young people.
"I look forward to meeting the students and taking part, and being inspired by all their amazing ideas." - Nahal Illerstig, project manager at the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation
It is with great expectation that the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation enters this project!

Manga workshop - Forbidden Love
Now the first Swedish manga book that deals with honor-related violence and repression "Förbjuden Kärlek" is ready for launch. According to project manager and author Omar Makram, the comic book is mainly aimed at teens and young adults.
“This particular group is the most vulnerable and affected by the problems of honor. It is important to get them to understand the complicated structure of honor culture, but in a simple way. A manga series book creates conversations to approach the difficult issues. ”The story in the manga book is designed to shed light on the mechanisms behind honor-related oppression. It can be a matter of not being able to spend time with fellow friends and being controlled by their parents and brothers. "Forbidden love" is a story that is inspired by real events that I am familiar with because I myself grew up with the culture of honor as the norm, "says Omar Makram.
The manga book will not be available for sale in the first place. The goal of the manga book is to spread it and discuss it in schools with young adults as a target group.
The book "Förbjuden Kärlek" is produced by GAPF (Never Forget Pela and Fadime)
The workshop is free of charge and the project is funded by the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation.

H&M has released this year's sports collection for children and young people!
For the third year in a row, H&M, in collaboration with Generation Pep, is releasing a sports collection for children and young people with a focus on joy of movement at a favorable price. The collection is now available both online and in selected stores!
To have positive effects on health, children and young people should move at least 60 minutes a day. But a survey shows that only three out of ten children reach these numbers. The same report also shows that children are much less active in their leisure time than in school.
Since 2017, H&M, in collaboration with Generation Pep, has developed training clothes for children and young people with the aim of giving everyone an opportunity for an active life without having to spend a lot of money.

Sweden's first Pep Park
100 meters Pep is the first of the three activity parks - so-called Pep Parks - to be built in Solna. In addition to Huvudsta, a park is planned in Arenastaden and one in Haga Park. The purpose of the parks is to provide children, young people and adults in Solna with conditions for movement and exercise in an environment that encourages both play and exercise.
Selection for children, young people and adults
The park contains tools and equipment adapted to different ages and functional variations, and stimulates both spontaneous and planned activity. The park can also serve as an outdoor gym for adults.

Video, Expressen interviewed Daniel
Prince's play with Estelle: "She likes to cycle"
Prince Daniel inaugurated a "Pep park" in Solna outside Stockholm on Sunday - and talked warmly about the importance of getting out and moving.
He says that Princess Estelle likes to cycle, but the important thing is to just get out.
On Sunday, a so-called "Pep park" was opened in Huvudsta farm, Solna - a park with tools and equipment for play that will facilitate movement and everyday exercise.
The Crown Princess Couple's foundation "Generation Pep", which works for all young people and children to live an active and healthy life, has been part of the initiative at "Pep park", together with the City of Solna and the real estate companies Fabege.
Prince Daniel was present during the inauguration.
- I think it's very exciting, fun and important. It is positive that you make this type of investment, to get children and young people to become active. And this is also for getting adults to move with their children. We see that we are very sedentary, we move less and sit more. It does not lead us to a good place, so this is important, says the prince.
Prince Daniel says that the most important thing is to find any activity that you think is fun - it's only then that it will last.
- You can know intellectually that this is good, this is important and you should do it. But if you don't like it, it won't work.
Will the prince himself visit this park?
- Yes, I have to do that. I'm going to take the kids with me and come here and test, absolutely.
Prince Daniel says the best trick to get kids moving is to take them out - and he often does it with Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar.
- I notice that if you only go out with the children and they move. It's important to get out, as soon as you get out there will be spontaneous activity of some kind.
- With Estelle it becomes quite a lot of cycling, she likes to cycle. Oscar is not quite there yet, but cycling is wonderful.
Prinsens lek med Estelle_ ”Hon gillar att cykla”

Expressen interviewed also Pehr Granfalk, the Mayor of Solna
Granfalk says that it is great to be there, just fantastic! The commitment of the Prince and Generation Pep to this has been enormous. This is the first of three Pep Parks built in Solna and Granfalk thinks that they will make all three a little different, that they have variation, so that people have different things to do in the three Pep Parks. Granfalk has got already many positive reactions of this Pep Park from the people, people appreciate that this Pep Park is more adjusted to the children so that families can train there together. Granfalk says that it feels so fun to be the first municipality to built Pep Parks, Solna is a traditional athletic city. This ark is a good addition to Solna, a little more playful where the families can spend time together.
Solna_ ”Ett enormt engagemang från prinsen”

Daniel's speech
Ladies and gentlemen, residents of all ages of Solna
I hope you all are as happy to be here today as I am.
I was really looking forward to this day, and to be able to attend the inauguration of Sweden's first Pep Park here in Huvudsta.
In modern society, we are increasingly sedentary, both adults and children. For many children, the adventure has moved from active outdoor play to passive, sedentary indoors in front of the screen.
However, I am convinced that we all, children as adults, have a natural joy of movement within us. You just have to find it!
More people need to have the opportunity to move in a fun and accessible way. Children, young people and adults; together, and based on their own unique conditions.
Therefore, I believe, and hope, that the Pep Park will bring much joy and laughter. And maybe a few sweat drops in the forehead.
As the initiator of Generation Pep, as a parent and proud resident of Solna, I want to praise the city of Solna and Fabege for making this investment.
This effort will be great!

Prince Daniel's fight against obesity and laziness continues.
He does everything in his power to get more and more calories burned.
- I am convinced that we all, children as adults, have a natural joy of movement within us. It's just a matter of finding it, says the prince.
Prince Daniel, 45, has been a sporty individual since childhood in Ockelbo where he raced around with the bandy club outside the red little wooden villa while his mother Ewa cooked macaroni and roasted meatballs by the stove.
Daniel's sports and exercise interests grew stronger as he grew up to become a muscular athlete. In Stockholm he founded the exclusive Master Training, a kind of luxury gym for the rich and famous and that was also where he eventually came to meet the love of his life Crown Princess Victoria, 42.
The rest is, as you usually say, history and now Daniel is using his prince role to make the Swedish people jump, run and roll around. Together with Victoria he has started Generation Pep, a non-profit organization that works to disseminate knowledge and create commitment to the health of children and young people.
On Sunday, Prince Daniel and Generation Pep's Managing Director, the heavily pregnant Carolina Klüft, 36, opened a special park in Solna named "100 meters Pep".
It will be the first of the three activity parks - so-called "Pep parks" - to be built in Solna.
In the new park you can play table tennis, among other things.
In addition to Huvudsta, a park is planned in Arenastaden and one in Haga Park. The purpose of the parks is to provide children, young people and adults with conditions for movement and exercise in an environment that encourages both play and exercise.

Generation Pep published last week at their Youtube a video, where managing director Carolina Klüft and project manager Marie Harding tell about the Pep School, launched in May 2018.
Pep School gives schools support in the work to introduce more physical activity and healthy eating habits during the school day. At pepskola.se, schools receive systematic support in mapping, planning and following up their work as well as an inspirational bank with concrete examples of tools for the work. The tools are developed in collaboration with schools and researchers. The free tools were developed by Generation Pep in collaboration with four compulsory schools in the City of Stockholm (Rinkeby School, Gärdesskolan, Bäckahagen School and Kvarnby School) in a pilot project. Researchers from the School of Sport and Health Sciences (GIH), Karolinska Institutet (KI) and University of Gothenburg (GU) have followed the pilot project and act as advisors to the school initiative.

On Sunday 8th September' is the Pep Day in Haga Park with Prince Daniel's Race.
Generation Pep published today a short video at its Instagram, Daniel and Estelle tell about the Pep Day.

Daniel says "Hello all children and adults! Now I'm standing here in Haga Park in Solna. Now on Sunday 8th September will be the Pep Day. Then here will be a lot of activities which aim to * Estelle says: Dad! Don't forget to say that all activities are free of charge! * Daniel continues: Right! Then you and your children are offered to test out on lots of activities that hopefully can create physical activity and joy of movement. And it's free, thanks! (looking at Estelle) - to try all these activities. So I hope to see you on Sunday! Warm welcome!"

Tomorrow is the Pep Day and Prince Daniel's Race in Haga Park.

At Generation Pep's website
Pep Day in Haga Park September 8 with Prince Daniel's Race 2019
On Sunday, September 8, at 11.00-15.00, families are welcomed to Pep Day in Haga Park. Children born 2007-2013 can run Prince Daniel's Race where all participants are winners and receive a medal. The same day, Hagaloppet is also arranged for older children and adults.
Sweden is one of Europe's most sedentary countries and the proportion of children who reach the recommended amount of physical activity, one hour a day, is small. Physical inactivity leads to a number of adverse health effects. Therefore, more people need to understand and understand the importance of how movement can contribute to a lifelong active and healthy life.
Generation Pep has therefore taken the initiative to create the concept Pep Day - days when happiness and knowledge about a healthy life is in focus. The aim is to give children and young people the opportunity to experience joy of movement in various forms, everything from dance, play, outdoor life and sports, and to gain knowledge about movement and diet.
Everyone can be active! Take advantage of Pep Day in Haga Park for the opportunity to be active and visit all exhibitors and their try-out activities, and Friskis & Svettis offers everyone to participate in a family pass starting at 11.30 on stage. All activities are free of charge.
Pep Day in Haga Park 2019 is organized by Generation Pep, The Royal Court, The City of Solna and AIK Athletics. During the day there is also the opportunity to try different activities, go for a round of tips, and get inspiration and information for a healthier life with more movement.

Daniel was interviewed about today's Pep Day at TV4 News morning at 9.30. Daniel said that the day is about the joy of movement, there are 60 of Generation Pep's partners ready to produce activities. This is a very big day for me, said Daniel. There is prince Daniel's Race for children aged 6-12, it is nice and at the same time a little sad that it became so quickly fully booked. But there is a lot of activities to try. The reporter asked why we are so sedentary in Sweden? Daniel said that there is so much to do when you are sitting, the technical development has been huge. But it is dangerous when we are just sitting, sitting, it isn't good for your health. The reporter asked about screen time. Daniel said that it is perhaps much more difficult for parents with children who are teenagers, than for him and Victoria who have small children. It's just to take the children outdoors. Daniel said also that there are a lot of good things in mobile phones, he loves his mobile phone. But to be a good role model, and to have good role models, is of course important. Then Daniel showed where the Prince Daniel's Race starts, 1500 children will run. The reporter asked if Estelle and Oscar will run. Daniel said that Oscar is too young but he hopes that Estelle will run.

Gallery, Daniel inaugurated the Pep Day. Victoria, Estelle and Oscar are there too. Also Victoria and Daniel's friends Caroline and Peder Dinkelspiel are there with their children.

Here, Estelle hugs Bolibompadraken - on Dad Daniel's race
When Pep Day was held in Haga Park on Saturday, she received a medal from Dad Prince Daniel - and a hug from Bolibompadraken.
And she couldn't have looked happier.
Sweden is a sedentary country. This is what Generation Pep wants to change, and therefore on Saturday the Pep Day was organized in Haga Park in Solna outside Stockholm for the seventh consecutive year.
The day welcomes families, and aims to focus on the joy of movement - in the form of everything from dance and play to outdoor life and sports - and knowledge of a healthy life. One of all activities is Prince Daniel's race, in which a total of 1,500 children born in 2007-2013 can participate.
The children who participate are all winners and receive a medal from the prince.
Estelle received a medal from Prince Daniel
One of the children who attended on Saturday was Princess Estelle, 7, who happily rushed around in the race at home in the Haga Park - just a stone's throw from Haga Palace.
It was a seemingly happy Estelle who was there, and among other things, played with her friends at the bouncy castle in the park. Little brother Oscar also visited Pep-day in his mother's arms.
In addition to the Bolibompadraken and the bouncy castle, there was the opportunity to go for a round of tips, take part in family training sessions, visit exhibitors and get inspiration for a life with more movement.

Such a wonderful day!
The entire Crown Princess family was in place when it was time for Prince Daniel's race. Victoria and little Oscar cheered Estelle as she accelerated.
It was a festive atmosphere when many families of children pilgrimaged to Haga Park where Prince Daniel's race took place for the seventh year in a row.
Visitors were welcomed to Pep Day, as it is now called, by Prince Daniel and Carolina Klüft who were presenters and led the stage program.

Princess Estelle's show
A full day with the Crown Princess family in Haga Park - then it became a royal family celebration in the midst of children. For Princess Estelle, it was also time to put on the running shoes. For the second year, she was on the starting line when it was time for all seven-year-olds to run the long round in Prince Daniel's Race.
Estelle ran with number 477 on the sweater and when she finished, Dad Daniel waited with a medal.
Proud dad. "Congratulations Estelle, good job!" Said Daniel.
And he gave Estelle a nice bear hug.
Estelle received her medal and then she rushed on, to her friends. And that was where she invited her little show, with rosy cheeks and a giggle:
- Haha, I have a fever! I get a black out.
And then she laughed even more and reached for her forehead.
Prince Daniel about Estelle
Her proud father also shone like a sun where he stood and distributed medals to all 1500 children. But he had also time to speak with Svensk Damtidning.
What was it like to see Princess Estelle go to the finish here just now?
- Oh but it was great fun! This was the second time she ran and it was incredibly fun to see her joy and how much fun she had with her friends, says Prince Daniel.
On such a day, it is good for Princess Estelle and all other children to find the joy of movement. But an ordinary day, everyday life, what do you do?
- The whole society has a responsibility to get children to move, but I think a lot is gained if we parents go out with our children, that we don't stay indoors. If you live in the city, maybe you can go to a park. This that you are trying to get out, I think that is the key.
The Haga family on a bicycle
- You know, when you and I grew up, you weren't sitting inside! Then it was a penalty not to be able to go out. And then there was really the adventure outdoors. But now it has somehow moved in. So get the kids out, that's my advice, then they move! The fact that both adults and children sit for nine hours a day on average is quite sick.
And what are you doing in your family, in this amazing park? I was just thinking about it when I went here, how wonderful you live.
- Yes we like to cycle and walk. I'm not too worried about us, because we like this. But there are those who do not have the same support and opportunities.
Crown Princess Victoria had a picnic
Then it was time to return home - and the last thing I saw before I left was Crown Princess Victoria, who sat with the children and her friend Caroline Dinkelspiel and had a picnic on a blanket, actually like any other toddler mom.

Daniel gave an interview also to Expressen, a video:
- We sit more and more and move too little. There we have a big challenge. This is one way to try to find the joy of movement.
The prince is a parent himself. How does the prince get his children motivated?
- It is very much about social heritage. If the parents are active, if you go out with the children, it will be very much physical activity. But if we parents always prefer to sit in front of the TV then the children do the same. But that is a big issue and it can sometimes be overwhelming for parents to get hold of themselves. You might be single parent, have three children, work full time and maybe be physically and mentally tired when you get home, and then be able to cope with this, to go out with the children when you are completely exhausted yourself, it is tough. So all the days you have to be reminded that it is important to move in the school and the workplace.
Is it Princess Estelle who activates her little brother?
- It is probably going in both directions, but it is clear, if you are four years older then you have some influence.

Estelle ran Dad Daniel's race - and hugged the Bolibompadraken
The Princess attended the Pep Day and Prince Daniel's race in Haga Park
Princess Estelle had a great Sunday in the Haga Park.
Little Prince Oscar was also present. He had to fight to keep his ice cream away from family Dinkelspiel's hungry cockapoo.
It was full speed in the Haga Park in Solna on Sunday afternoon. For the seventh year in a row, Pep Day and Prince Daniel's race were arranged - with the goal of getting more young people moving.
Among the participants was Princess Estelle. Pictures from the event show how the joyous seven-year-old storms over the grassy areas.
Estelle also received a medal from Dad Prince Daniel. He too was in a brilliant mood.
But for Estelle, perhaps the absolute highlight of the day was the encounter - and the hug - with the extremely popular Bolibompadraken.
Little brother Oscar was also present in the hustle and bustle. He is too young to participate in the race, and mostly stayed close to mother Victoria.
At one point he had to fight to save his ice cream from a hungry dog. More specifically, it was the Crown Princess couple's friends Caroline and Peder Dinkelspiel's cockapoo who was craving the sweet.
The day is organized by organization Generation Pep, the Royal Court, the City of Solna and AIK Athletics. The aim is to give children and young people the opportunity to move around and have fun.
Heptathlon star Carolina Klüft and Prince Daniel who spoke in the inauguration.
- By experiencing the joy of movement together and gathering knowledge, we believe that more families will choose to live actively and healthily, says Klüft, managing director of Generation Pep.

Estelle's joyous day with her friends
Princess Estelle gave 110%. During Sunday she participated in Prince Daniel's race. And so the lively princess played with their friends so they ran away laughing.
It really was a successful day when Prince Daniel's race was carried out for the seventh consecutive year. Princess Estelle, 7, was of course in attendance for this event she absolutely did not want to miss.
Last year, when the princess attended for the first time, apparently gave added flavor and now it was a loaded Estelle getting ready with her friends.
So the starting shot went and as a shot from a cannon, the princess cut off with the start number 477. Some distance away, mother Victoria with little brother Oscar stood and cheered.
In Prince Daniel's race, everyone is a winner and receives a medal. Of course, this was also the case with Estelle, who received the prize from her father Daniel who had the task of hanging the medals on the 1500 children who participated.
There was plenty of other things to do during the so-called Pep Day in Haga Park. The Bolibompadraken mingled around the area, which Estelle soon discovered and she quickly arrived and got hugs from the familiar figure.
Estelle also took the opportunity to drive a wheelchair, which is not as easy as it seems. The princess has great humor and happily played with her friends during the day. Estelle is good at making different gestures and different grimaces that made her friends laugh.
Pep Day is a way for the Crown Princess couple's organization Generation Pep to focus on how important it is for children and young people to move.
- We sit more and more and move less. This is a major challenge that we must try to address and this is a way to try to find joy in movement, says Prince Daniel.
However, the prince seems to have no problem whatsoever in getting his daughter to exercise. The ever so happy Estelle seems to be born with spring in her legs.

On Sunday, September 8, Prince Daniel participated in Pep Day and Prince Daniel's Race, which was held in Haga Park, Stockholm.
Prince Daniel's Race and Pep Day have been arranged in Haga Park since 2013 (formerly called Sports Day). The aim is to get more young people moving and attracted to sports. This year, several organizations and associations were in place to offer try-out activities.
The day began with Prince Daniel, along with Carolina Klüft, welcoming everyone. Children between the ages of six and twelve were then welcome to participate in Prince Daniel's Race.
In the afternoon, Prince Danie climbed to Hagaberget together with children, parents and leaders from "En Frisk Genenarion" (A healthy generation Foundation). The organization, for which the Prince is patron, works to get more people moving together.

:previous: Nice to see Estelle and Oscar at the race with Daniel; and great to see Estelle participating with the other children - she seems to be quite keen on sport.

This Pep Day is the second best royal day of the year to me after Victoria's birthday. It is great to see Daniel at this event which means so much to him. To see the children move and their happiness must mean a lot to him and make him very happy. It is also nice to see Victoria and the children mingle with their friends and visitors at a relaxed atmosphere. And it was great to see Estelle with her friends, laughing together, holding their hands and they are returning that friendship affection. It is so genuine and ease, they are all children. To see Estelle's sincere happiness made my day on Sunday. It is good to see how Victoria and Daniel are bringing up their children and how they see their public roles.

Generation Pep published a short video at its Instagram yesterday evening:
"A BIG THANK YOU to EVERYONE who made this year's Pep Day a real movement party with exuberant energy and joy! A total of 10,000 people visited Pep Day, 1500 children ran Prince Daniel's Race and a whole 440 people participated in the world record attempt in the round table tennis! Totally fantastic! We hope you found your joy of movement and spread it to everyone you meet. Thank you!"

About the Pep Day

Princess Estelle tested wheelchair rugby on Pep Day
Parasport Sweden's activities on Pep Day were given a royal frame when Princess Estelle came by to test wheelchair rugby.
During the day, Parasport Sweden gave hundreds of children and young people the opportunity to try wheelchair rugby, five-a-side football, bocce and snowshoeing.
The activities were popular with the visitors and there was a queue from start to finish. The day was also given a royal frame when Crown Princess Victoria and family came by to take part in the activities. Among other things, Princess Estelle tested wheelchair rugby with her friends.
And the princess seemed to like the sport. When it was time to move on to the next activity, she wanted to stay and play some more.
- I think it is wonderfully fun that Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel are so much engaged in that more and more children should move. In addition, it was fun that Estelle came by and tested wheelchair rugby, says Stefan Jansson, recruitment manager at Parasport Sweden and one of the union's representatives on site.

Daniel attended today at a meeting with The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation

Organization meeting and workshop with Elaine Eksvärd
On Monday, September 23, the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation organized a workshop for the organizations supported by the Foundation at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The workshop, on the theme of presentation technology, was held by rhetorical expert Elaine Eksvärd from Snacka Snyggt.
Elaine Eksvärd is a rhetoric consultant, lecturer and author. "Härskarteknik - den fula vägen till makt" and "Snacka Snyggt - Modern Retorik" are some of the books she authored, and in 2016 she was named Speaker of the Year - Woman, by Talarforum. During the 2010 election she was SVT and Aftonbladet's rhetoric expert and the same year she founded the rhetoric agency Snacka Snyggt with her husband Gustav Ekswaard.
The purpose of the lecture and workshop was to become the best rhetorical version of oneself.
During a very interesting and developing morning, Elaine gave all the participants several concrete tips and tools on how to present themselves and their work in an efficient and memorable way.
The organiszation meeting ended with a joint lunch at Grillska Huset.
Invited were the organizations that receive support from the Foundation 2018/2019: Generation Pep, En Frisk Generation, GAPF, Fritidsbanken, Bara Vanlig, Changers Hub, The Good Talents, MIND, Drivkraft, Löparakademin, Läxhjälpen, Luleå Tekinska Universitet, Motivationslyftet, Ronja Bollen and Berättarministeriet.

"A really, really wonderful work day at the Palace for the Crown Princess Couple's foundation! Extra fun to hear about Prince Daniel's thoughts on his speech to Crown Princess Victoria at their wedding. A magical speech "But I wish they turned off the mic when I hummed between sentences", said Prince Daniel. But I think the humings were exactly what made him "one of us" human. I was also told that they have a speechwriter who writes ALL the royal family's speeches. Contact me if you need to , I'm here! Thank you so much for today @kungahuset!"
