That was one of my first thoughts last night after the birth.

Congratulations to Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel!
And, Prince Daniel just does things well. He gave the best Groom's speech we've ever heard and now he looks like the happiest and nicest new father!
God bless them all.

Such wonderful and happy news for Victoria, Daniel and all the family.
Despite arriving a little early the little Princess weighed a very healthy 7 lbs 3 oz.
Isn't Victoria wonderful. ? Back home already with her gorgeous daughter.
Am looking forward now to hearing the Princess's name(s) and pictures from the christening and so on.

Are there some kind of protocol issues to follow now?
Apart from the salutes what other traditions can we expect?
Will there be public celebrations?
Any storks?

The change in the succession laws in the UK has not happened yet. No legislation has been introduced yet in the UK, and then changes have to be made in the other Commonwealth realms. It could take 2-3 years to complete, if it is done at all.

It could be we as siblings, seeing as Madeleine isn't in the country for her niece's birth Carl-Philip could be talking for her.

All 16 commonwealth countries and the UK have agreed to the changes, while it may take time it will be done as the wheels have started turning.

I thought it had been agreed upon during the last meeting of the Commonwealth nations.
Congratulations to Victoria and Daniel. What a fantastic day for them!

No, she is not superhuman, but she married her fitness trainer and besides being her prince consort, he surely still sees to it that "his" princess is fit and healthy all around!
