Whenever I see them together I think they are definitely soulmates, even look similar, almost like brother and sister. The only other couple that gives me a similar impression are MM and Haakon. And if I had to make a list of future royal divorces (ok they are not even married) Victoria and Daniel would be right down at the bottom.
Looks like Daniel's "apprenticeship" as royal fiancee distracts him a great deal from his workouts. His face has become quite full recently

Aftonbladet - Kunglig prövning
Nina Eldh, the informationschief of the court, says that Victoria and Daniel were happy and they thought it was nice to talk with everyone who came to the reception.
Victoria's old teacher, writer Herman Lindqvist, was moved:
- It was really nice, because Daniel and Victoria really love each other. It shows from them very clearly.
Svensk Damtidning - Tredje gången gillt för Daniel och Victoria!
A beautiful heart made of flowers at the castle.

I love the floral heart! Gorgeous. Was it in the same room as the reception? I can't wait to see the floral designs at the wedding.

Victoria did look ever the happy soul along Daniel. Wedding the one that evokes completion from within and out and livens your everyday to fulfillment races the spirit to continuous involvement towards satisfaction. The marriage between Sweden's Crown Prince and Princess has been just that. Their journey I have followed reminds me of an attempt to harness each other in a relationship that is all inclusive and binding. These two are the best at understanding the qualities of life and how to be as ruling contributors for the sake of their people. For that I enjoy their evolvement and natural prowess as they have seemed to have stood up for their many causes (especially for Victoria) and know what to do. I look at all the Royals with a keen eye and try to discern the calling of the Creator and know his intention and know the intention of those Kingdoms. It is so beautiful to follow and to see in this instance the joy beaming from Victoria and Daniel. They have been nice to follow and seem to be accepting great love from each other. I hope they have a good wedding reception and many years together.

I am quite surprised by engagement reception, but maybe I know little about royal protocol. The official engagement was on Feb. 24, so why reception now. But I don't complain, it is another occassion for royal glamour.
Victoria dress looks like the one she had in February during engagement. It is good that Daniel had glasses this time, he didn't have them during engagement, and glasses complement his face. Queen Sylvia white suit looked very elegant. Where is Madelaine?
I am not Daniel's fan, but Victoria looks so happy and glowing when with him.

In Austria at a wedding of friends.
As it seems the king asked Victoria & Daniel to dance, when the new engagement waltz got played, but they refused and Daniel did ask the king to dance with Silvia instead...what he didn´t either
V&D strike me as sporty, but also a bit clumsy...I guess they would book many hours at a dancing teacher for the wedding waltz
I am agreeing with those, who said, that they complement each other and in my (somewhat tasteless ) list of possible divorces, they also are quite low ranked.
I am though thinking, that Victoria shouldn´t exaggerate it with her "motherly side". Save that for baby Christina or baby Carl jr. jr. :rolleyes2:

Hey Lena!
A very nice story! Were did you find it?
I have to say that I was very amazed of the reception and I think taht the couple was very nice. In my oppinion V&D will be the most beautiful married crown princes(s) couple in Europe. I can't wait for the wedding next year.
I have to say that the outfit of Queen Silvia isn't my favourite. The other members of the royal family made a very good apperance.

It´s by the one and only Johan T. Lindwall, who seems to follow every single step, Victoria and Daniel do.
Kungens vals gick inte hem - Nyheter
He even travelled to Pratigi (where the hotel and bungalows partly financed by Daniel will be built) and talked to locals...and now we know, that Victoria is running there all day in a bikini around, that Daniel is very friendly with the locals and that they love to drive crossers at the beach
