Victoria visited disabled children playing power hockey in Skärholmen, with former NHL-ice hockey player and her friend Peter Forsberg in the summer 2011. This activity was getting support from the Crown Princess Victoria's Fund.

Elisabeth Toll is born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. Before becoming a photographer, she studied archaeology, history, anthropology and law. After moving to Paris and assisting various photographers, she started on her own with a series of pictures taken of the French Foreign Legion. Since then she has been doing both commercial and personal work, focusing mainly on fashion, portraiture and landscape. Lives and works between Stockholm and Paris.

It seems that that portrait was taken on 2nd December 2006, when Victoria attended at the 100th anniversary of Svenska Klubben (Swedish Club) in Paris.

Ingvar Kamprad, the founder of Ikea, celebrates today his 90th birthday. Kamprad founded Ikea in 1943 when he was 17 years old.

Swedish artist Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd, best known for his iconic sculpture of a revolver with a knotted barrel displayed outside the UN headquarters in New York, has died aged 81, Swedish officials said on Wednesday. He designed the oversized bronze Colt Magnum .357 with the knotted barrel, entitled "Non Violence", as a symbol of peace after the assassination of his friend John Lennon, the former Beatle, who was shot dead by Mark Chapman.
Luxembourg, which had acquired one of the early versions of the work, donated the sculpture to the United Nations in 1988.
Other versions are on display in a number of cities, including Stockholm, Beijing, Cape Town and Lausanne, the Swiss town where the artist lived for a long time.

Victoria was looking great, I presume she was there during her time of rehab from anorexia! She was already looking great!

Leo Razzak is a swedish lecturer and social entrepreneur. Razzak is also one of the moderators at Prince Daniel's Fellowship Entrepreneurial programme's school visits.

There wasn't one gown I didn't like and all with her megawatt smile and s sparkle in her eyes.

One thing I somehow missed was the reappearance of her eighteenth birthday itsy bitsy tiara. It looked great and serves as a sort of aigrette. A nice new use for it and it doesn't look paltry nor does it look overdone in this style.
 
Such lovely dresses all of them.
