I'm liking Victoria's style in that picture!! It really suits her facial structures better.

It must be from the Sports Federation Celebration, because Hello Mag has a photo and it looks to be the same outfit. She looks nice.

its seems that victoria is stuck with albert and charles at royal gathers from now on the other crown princes she often was seen are all married now and has their wifes on thier arm so to say.
