i will try to do it later on but maybe you can scann your favirite photo from the book

I´ve also the book...it´s really worth to read it and to look at it. Esp. since it isn´t so easy to scan, because some pictures go over two sites.

That monkey photo is a classic. So much hair on both of them. :)

Very nice pictures, Lena. Some quite funny expressions as well.

CP Victoria and Style

It's great seeing pictures of her when she dresses up. That ponytail is a distraction. You can see it in the photo groups. She's more eye candy without it than with it.

She looks wonderful with her hair flipped out as in some of the eye candy photos or photos of her in the narrative thread or coiffured as in the second group of TV4 pix. :)

i think this is a great photo of victoria

I guess people who say this just want to provoke. I mean now one hardly can say she is chubby. She´s even much thinner than her (usual slimmer) sister.

An other question. Who is that old woman, kissing Victoria in the second picture? Obviously she wore a tiara. Is that Alice Trolle-Wachtmeister??

Yes, that's Countess Alice Trolle-Wachtmeister, the Mistress of the Robes.

I think the photograph was taken in mid/late September 1997.

no worries ask away.

she was at a girl fatimas funeral
fatime was killed by her father becouse she lived to much of a swedish life.
i do not think victoria know her but she asked if she could reporecent the swedish family the funeral i think was showed on swedish tv and one could see victoria try to hold back the tears

i do not think victoria know her
No she didn´t. The murder got a lot of attention her in Sweden and the debate of "hedersmord", girls that is killed by their family to protect the family honour, was lively. Before she was murdered Fadime was interwieved in several tv shows and magazines. So she was known in Sweden before her death.

There was some ministers at the funeral to, Mona Sahlin was there among others...

The photo of Victoria in the red dress was taken in september 1997, that was after she got home from France. She studied there from October 1996 to June 1997.

Fadime adopted, and she was very brave and she was on Tv talking about the problems for immigrants, I think she also had a swedish boyfriend that was killed in a car crash some time before she was killed by her family who thought she humiliated them. VERY tragic

so Sweden has got problems with foreigners to adopt to the Swedish lifestyle?
well, som has ofcourse, while others have a difficult time trying to adjust to the swedish life style.
In this case, Fadime wanted to live a "swedish life" but her family did not. So she had to hide from them because they did not aprove of her life or her boyfriend.

Oh how sad! It's nice that Victoria went to the funeral though.
