So they did just has I thought, arrived yesterday to Kalmar, went from there probably to Solliden and will spend a weekend there. Kalmar is so close to Öland that it is a good solution.

Johan T Lindwall was in Kalmar and tells that Victoria, Daniel and Estelle arrived with the last flight from Stockholm yesterday evening. Victoria and Daniel were very impressed of the work Resurshuset does. After meeting the six women Victoria and Daniel told to Lindwall:
- You can do a lot if we work together. All we have met here today are good people who want to stand on their own feet and do the right thing. Be role models for their children. We need to see people who come here as resources, as people. They can help a lot, but we also need to make them feel chosen and that they are important and an asset.
Daniel continued:
- Incredibly fascinating and you wish everyone could have the knowledge of what you bring in your luggage when you come to Sweden. Here are so many life stories and people who just want to get into the community.
At the video Lindwall interviews one woman who met Victoria and Daniel. She tells that they discussed about what difficulties there are when the refugees arrive to Sweden, what kind of education they get, about their security and equality. It was a very good meeting. The crown princess is unbeliavably kind and easy to talk with. The meeting meant a lot to her because in her country she could not have met the president but in Sweden she can meet the Crown princess and her husband.

- I think it's crucial that we do everything we can to get both well educated and not well educated people quickly to labour market. We must give them the chance and take advantage of the hugely important resource it is.
Victoria said:
- We suffer from the lack of for instance nurses and doctors. Here come the well-educated people who do not want more than to work. It's a win-win situation if we manage to take advantage of the situation.

Victoria was interviewed by SVT and was asked what kind of imprint she thinks hers and Daniel's visit leaves to the women they met. Victoria said that she hopes that they could pass on that there is a desire in so many people who hope that everything would go well for them as a group but also as individuals, that we see them as a resource. That we see them as persons who can do a lot and who can contribute to the society. And that is something they get help at Resurshuset.

Osama Sekar came from Aleppo in Syria for half a year ago. He has been at the course for three weeks and insists that we should take the interview in Swedish. It is surprising how well it goes.
- I enjoy the training. But I want to work as soon as I can. I speak Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, English, a little Romanian. So Swedish should be no problem, he says.
He has worked in 20 of the big hospitals in Syria and even five years in Ukraine. But it is probably unfortunately not as fast as he desires. Although the County Council's language training means that he can work in parallel with the process to approve his qualifications, so it will likely to take several years before he can get his Swedish medical qualifications.
- We need to find validation models so we can shorten this time. The physicians come here and there is a need, they are only a resource, says Prince Daniel.
Although the Crown Princess Couple is very involved in the issue has, despite it's position, constitutional limitations that affect. On Friday, they listened intensely, asked questions and took notes.

Because she loves her hair like that and feels comfortable with it. The swedish reporters have told many times, that Victoria hates her hair open and down. When she was younger, she had a ponytail and now she has a bun. She doesn't like that her hair is hanging on her face. Everyone has the right to have her hair in a way that she herself likes, whatever the others think about that.
And the most important thing at the future queen of Sweden is how she does her work, not how she keeps her hair.
 
I know the important thing is the work she do but and the look is not negligible. She could cut her hair a nice short it will be perfect.
 
Victoria and Daniel visit Gotland on Wednesday. The schedule is busy and they have self helped to decide the focus on the visit. Since Daniel is interested in young entrepreneurship, he and Victoria have lunch with, among other promising young entrepreneurs. The visit is carefully planned and SÄPO and the County Board have today had a meeting about the details

9.30-10.00 Södra Hällarna
The crown princess couple will experience the Gotland nature when they visit the nature reserve Södra Hällarna. There they also visit the newly built bee-hotel.
10.15-11.15 Leva Kungslador
The crown princess couple gets information about the company and it’s operations. They get also information about the work with refugees / integration and Haima concept. They discuss integration issues, among others with Aydin Akyüz from the international business association on Gotland and Rebeca Gajardo Angel, ambassador for women's entrepreneurship, as well as youth from Haima.
11.30-12.15 Tofta skjutfält (Tofta firing range, a military training ground)
The crown princess couple visits Tofta firing range where the Armed Forces tell about the activities in Gotland, the security policy situation and the future. The area is not available for the public or media.
12.30-14.00 Lilla Bjers
The crown princess couple meets invited guests at a lunch to discuss entrepreneurship and get information on the activity at Lilla Bjers.
14.45-15.30 G.A.D
The crown princess couple visits furniture company G.A.D. (Gute Art och Design) in Visby where they visit the shop and get information about the company’s vision and development.

At the Södra Hällarna Victoria and Daniel talked with people. The longest conversation they had with children from preschool Russet. The children wanted to tell them about snails and beetles that they usually see when they make excursions in the area. Victoria and Daniel could not quite tear themselves away from the kids but pulled eventually to Leva Kungslador.
Inside they received, among others, to meet the young refugees Jalil Ahmadi, Akbar Rahimi and Samim Alami from Afghanistan. They live in one of Haima's accommodation and told about their lives and the trip to Sweden. Afterwards the Crown Princess Couple was noticeably affected by what they had heard.
- The affection is just the beginning, said Victoria who emphasized how important it is to catch these people in the swedish society.

They arrived to Leva Kungslador. They got information about unaccompanied refugee children and their accommodation at Haima. Daniel asked how many of the unaccompanied refugee children choose to stay on the island. Region Chairman Björn Jansson answered that he doesn't know exactly how many, but many of them move away from Gotland to study.

Victoria said to Johan T Lindwall after meeting the refugees:
- I think we generally need to be more attentive. See our surroundings. Not only the large but also small. As fellow human beings. We must ask ourselves a straight and simple question: What kind of society do we want? Do we want a society of alienation? We all need to open our eyes and see how we can help. It can be anything from saying hello to one person alone to maybe do something concrete.
In what way does these stories affect to the Crown Princess?
- Firstly, I feel that it builds me as a person and I get a better understanding and insight. And it is a way to try to communicate what we have been through, for example, to the media and hopefully get it further.
Daniel who is also strongly affected by the meetings of the day on Gotland summarizes the couple's feelings:
- This is not something you just leave and go away. It is incredibly tough stuff and it needs to be discussed further and try to get others to understand. It is extremely important.

Victoria received a bracelet of One Collection UF, which is runned by three 18 year olds from Sweden: Ulrika Slotte Värjö, Axel Zander and Elisabeth Hellström. They have created a bracelet, for both men and women, made of the same metal rings as a chainmail. This is an old crafting teqnique with a new twist. Their bracelets are hand crafted by them on Gotland.

Victoria and Daniel gave an interview to Sveriges Radio P4 Gotland. Victoria told that they wanted to visit Gotland now to see what is actual there. She said that it is always emotional to meet the refugees and hear their stories, especially when they are children who have come alone waiting for a decision if they can stay in Sweden. Victoria said that she follows the discussion about national defence, but didn't want to say more about that. Daniel said that Gotland and Jämtland have most entrepreneurs in Sweden and it is good that there are courageous people who want to start a business and employ others.

Once again i see reporters were tryiong to get some kind of comment about the wedding... Victoria behaved professionally as usual:whistling:
 
Victoria really needs to have her pants/slacks especially fitted for her. These are very ill fitting and unattractive. It is not as though it would be complex and expensive like a ball gown. She is an attractive young woman but time and again we see very ill fitting pants/slacks on her.

Victoria and Daniel met today with 20 New York based UN ambassadors. The ambassadors are in Sweden to discuss climate related questions before COP21, UN's climate meeting in December in Paris.
