The same rules that go all over TRF also are valid on this part of the forums. Please take a minute to read over them again, if you haven't done so in a while.

The posting rules with Copyright Issues and Attachment Rules - "How does this affect the Royal Chit Chat forum?" you might ask. Well, all images must be posted either with link from other parts of the forum if the picture exists there, or it must be hosted via other means than TRF. Images attached directly to threads in Royal Chit Chat forum WILL be deleted. Warnings may be given, or they may not.

How to post a poll - For future reference: Moderators of the Royal Chit Chat, where such requests should be sent, are Ennyllorac, GlitteringTiaras, Lady Jennifer and Empress. Simply starting a poll-like thread on your own is not proper procedure, and it may get deleted.

Those are the rules, you all have to follow them.

Do not upload images directly to TRF for use in the chit chat forum. The only threads on TRF where you can upload images directly to the forum, are currently the current events threads, and other threads related to current events, like official visits, births and so on.

Recently there have been quite a few threads created that are duplicates of older, existing threads. Before posting a new question, please use the site search function, to look for existing threads. You never know, someone might already have answered the question you're planning on asking

If you want to search only in a specific part of the forums, try the advanced search function, and select the parts you want to search.

When posting, please consider the following:
Before starting a new thread, use the Search function to ensure that there is not already a pre-existing thread discussing the same matter. Members of the Moderating Team have the right to delete or merge duplicate threads. If starting a new thread, please post a title that accurately reflects the contents and information within the thread so that members are not mislead.

Royal Chit Chat has threads that go back a couple of years, so it is absolutely possible that threads already exist on a lot of topics. Duplicate threads just makes for more difficult information-management.
