I think Prince William and Prince Harry have quite a bond, (considering what they've gone through together)...but I think the relationships between all of the royal siblings are probably strong, and unique in their own ways.

I voted for Felipe because he's still close to his sisters even if they are all married and with families of their own, they still spend time together and their relationship is great.

Other heirs may have been close once, but after marriages and family lives, they drifted apart

I always thought the three Swedish siblings were very close, I love seeing pictures of the three of them together!
There also seems to be a very strong bond between Albert & Stephanie of Monaco. :)

I tried to find pictures where they're interacting and not just standing in a line. IMO Carl Philip and Madeleine seem closer than Victoria to any of her siblings. But from these pictures it's clear that they all have a good relationship. Victoria seems like a very "motherly" sister to her younger siblings.:)
