Indeed she is It was filmed mainly in Mauritius. You can see her walking thru a building, on the beach, on a boat, running away from a helicopter in a field, diving and swimming in the ocean, at a type of casino, walking in a street, in a country house and it ends on a bridge. She's like chasing this mysterious person who wears a hat...in the end it's Stephanie herself.

Mauritius is Steph's favourite place on earth ( ok her second favourite after Monaco)
She must have been 21-22 at the time of the video shooting. So around the age we are now. Oh no that makes me aware of that age gap again ( I love her anyhow).

Yes it is something cool, in fact I've seen some pics from that video on the web, she's wearing a white blouse and a bikini beneath it, she's lying on the sand like this too. Maybe you have seen them. A friend sent it to me some years ago.

Yes she sings that awesome song in french and english on the video, it's the Maxi version.

Yes in the video (1) she sings in french then sings on english then on french, she mixes both languages. There is also a version of this on an LP, it's the maxi 12" version.

I have never seen it complete, only the clip that budge9 provided us with, I have a kind of transcript from that interview in a mag, but I don't think it's very complete.
