His Excellency Mr. Marrku Keinänen was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Finland to the Court of St. James's.
Mrs. Keinänen was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr. Antonio José Ardila was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Colombia to the Court of St. James's.
Mrs. Luz Angela Sarmiento was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir Simon McDonald (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

Court Circular 13th November:
Buckingham Palace

His Excellency Mr Mansoor Abulhoul was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the United Arab Emirates to the Court of St James’s.
Mrs Victoria Devin was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Prince Khalid bin Bandar Al Saud was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Court of St James’s.
Princess Lucy Al Saud was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir Simon McDonald (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

Air Chief Marshal Michael Wigston was received by The Queen upon his appointment as Chief of the Air Staff.

Court Circular 14th November:
Buckingham Palace

Mrs Justice Eady, Mrs Justice Foster, Mrs Justice Judd and Mrs Justice Steyn were received by The Queen this afternoon upon their appointment as Justices of the High Court when Her Majesty invested them with the Insignia of Dames Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

Mr Justice Cavanagh, Mr Justice Chamberlain, Mr Justice Griffiths, Mr Justice Johnson, Mr Justice Saini and Mr Justice Trower were received by The Queen upon their appointment as Justices of the High Court when Her Majesty conferred upon them the honour of Knighthood and invested them with the Insignia of Knights Bachelor.

Buckingham Palace

The Governor of Queensland (His Excellency the Hon Paul de Jersey) was received in audience by The Queen today.
Mrs de Jersey was also received by Her Majesty.

The following were received in audience by The Queen this afternoon and kissed hands upon their appointment as Her Majesty’s Ambassadors: Dr Alastair McPhail (the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia), Mr Andrew Noble (Romania) and Mr Christopher Rampling (the Lebanese Republic).
Mrs McPhail, Mrs Noble and Mrs Rampling were also received by Her Majesty.

Mr Martyn Roper was received in audience by The Queen and kissed hands upon his appointment as Governor of the Cayman Islands.
Mrs Roper was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr. Reggy Martiales was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Suriname to the Court of St. James’s.

His Excellency Mr. Edil Baisalov was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Court of St. James’s.

Sir Simon McDonald (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

General Sir Mark Carleton-Smith (Chief of the General Staff) was received by Her Majesty this afternoon.

The Queen, Patron, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, this evening presented the Chatham House Prize to Sir David Attenborough (Presenter and Narrator, BBC “Blue Planet II” television series) and Mr. Julian Hector (Head of BBC Studios Natural History Unit) at Chatham House, 10 St. James’s Square, London SW1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa) and the Director (Dr. Robin Niblett).

The Queen, Patron, this morning opened the new Headquarters of the Royal Philatelic Society London at 15 Abchurch Lane, London EC4, and was received by the Rt Hon the Lord Mayor (Alderman William Russell) and the President (Mr Richard Stock).

Her Majesty, escorted by the President, toured the building, visiting the Members’ Lounge and Library and viewing displays of philatelic artefacts, historical stamps, and books and periodicals, and met members of the Society, young philatelists, architects, volunteers and staff.

Court Circular 27th November:
Buckingham Palace

Ms. Deborah Bronnert was received in audience by The Queen today and kissed hands upon her appointment as Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Russian Federation.
Mr. Alfonso Torrents was also received by Her Majesty.

The Reverend Professor Peter Galloway was received by Her Majesty this afternoon upon relinquishing his appointment as Chaplain of The Queen's Chapel of the Savoy and delivered up the Badge and Chain of Office upon relinquishing his appointment as Chaplain of the Royal Victorian Order when Her Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order.

The Reverend Canon Thomas Woodhouse was received by The Queen upon his appointment as Chaplain of The Queen's Chapel of the Savoy when Her Majesty handed to him his Badge and Chain as Chaplain of the Royal Victorian Order.

The Queen gave a Reception at Buckingham Palace this evening for North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Leaders to mark Seventy Years of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Alliance.

Sir Iakoba Italeli was received by The Queen this afternoon upon relinquishing his appointment as Governor-General of Tuvalu.

The Rt Hon Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this morning.

Mr Gary Jones was received by The Queen today when Her Majesty decorated him with a Bar to the Royal Victorian Medal (Silver).

Court Circular 17th December:
Buckingham Palace

The Queen held a Council at 4.30pm.

There were present: the Rt Hon Jacob Rees-Mogg MP (Lord President), the Rt Hon Dr Thérèse Coffey MP (Secretary of State for Work and Pensions), the Rt Hon Alister Jack MP (Secretary of State for Scotland) and the Rt Hon Ben Wallace MP (Secretary of State for Defence).

Mr Simon Hart MP was sworn in as a member of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council.

The Rt Hon Simon Hart MP took the Oath of Office as Secretary of State for Wales, kissed hands upon appointment and received the Seals of Office.

Mr Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

The Rt Hon Jacob Rees-Mogg MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council.

Sandringham, Norfolk

Divine Service was held in Sandringham Parish Church this morning. The Bishop of Truro preached the Sermon.

Her Majesty presented The Queen’s Gold Medal for Academic Excellence at King Edward VII Academy, King’s Lynn, to Arminas Bartkus, who was introduced into Her Majesty’s presence by Ms Sarah Hartshorn, the Principal.

Court Circular 26th January:
Sandringham, Norfolk

Divine Service was held in Sandringham Parish Church this morning.

I agree with your comment on her coat but what really has me drooling is the little hint of the dress underneath. It appears to be a multi-color paisley pattern and looks gorgeous. Personally, I can't wait for spring.

Court Circular 2nd February:

Divine Service was held in the Church of St Peter and St Paul, West Newton, this morning.

The Queen presented prizes for children’s church attendance.

Mrs Jane Gardener (head teacher of Sandringham and West Newton Church of England Primary academy) was received by The Queen when Her Majesty presented a Bible to Clara Moreland for proficiency in religious instruction.

Court Circular 3rd February:
Sandringham, Norfolk

The Queen, Honorary Air Commodore, today visited Royal Air Force Marham, King’s Lynn, and was received this morning at the Integrated Learning Centre by the Station Commander (Group Captain James Beck).

Her Majesty was received with a Royal Salute and inspected the Guard of Honour.

The Queen moved into the Integrated Learning Centre and met current and former Officers Commanding the Centre, and Station personnel.

Her Majesty received a demonstration of virtual training in the Air System Maintenance Trainer Classroom and viewed demonstrations of a canopy change, a weapons load and engine maintenance in the Integrated Learning Centre Hangar.

The Queen observed the vertical landing of an F-35B Lightning stealth fighter jet and drove past landed aircraft on a runway.

Her Majesty this afternoon attended a Reception in the Warrant Officers’ and Sergeants’ Mess, and was subsequently entertained to Luncheon in the Officers’ Mess by the Station Commander.
