I thought that the picture was probably airbrushed, but she still looks better with makeup on. Thank you for the two pictures of the Marchioness of Douro. There's quite a contrast.

The dress is not at all flattering, imo, but Sarah looks so much better with make-up on! I wish she would wear it when she goes out as she looks so washed out without it....

I agree, udyusa, the dress is horrible. I wish Sarah started dressing and behaving appropriately for her age; it is wonderful she wants to be 'best friend' for her daughters, but she'd better remember they need a Mother as well.

I do not like the dress, it would not be my choice but in one way or the other it suits Sarah, it makes her look younger. Yes, with make-up on she looks better but i think we have to admire her that she has the guts to go out with no make up on especially at her age. She is completely natural, i mean with no surgery.
I think in real she doesn't actually bother how one looks and just now and than when see feels like it she makes an effort to go out but for the rest she just thinks her work is more important.

Anyway i like every pic of her. I would like to see her in jeans once, just very casual.

I agree, the dress is not really my style, but that's not too important to me. I like how happy Sarah looks, and she does look like she's feeling young and fun, too. I noticed she's wearing make-up in those pictures and that does make her look better, because otherwise her face and lips look very pale in contrast with the red hair.

I would rather that Sarah put less effort into her appearance and be more comfortable with herself, than see her look perfectly dressed and coiffed all the time but also hear her talk non-stop about how uncomfortable she is with her weight and her appearance. I think back when she was promoting Weight Watchers (I'm actually not sure if she still has a contract with them?) she had to always look her best, but it seems like I also read a lot more interviews with her where she talked about her body image.

Quite right, it's one of the worst for Sarah. She needs to smarten up abit.

The style is good, but, the pattern is too distracting. Not her best look.

I don't think that the dress is so bad, either. Perhaps she just needs a better foundation garment or two.

The D of Y and PB and PE obviously don't dress to please us, and they don't themselves any favours either in their choice of clothes.

Amazing that 20 plus years after her marriage..we are still debating Sarah's sytle. Sarah's style is Sarah style. She dresses for herself. Its like she (or any of the women on this board) can't win.

If only she didn't seek publicity, we wouldn't see any pictures of her at all and we wouldn't have any need to comment

yes, the 3/4 sleeve, v neckline and her ability to show her knees eventhough she is middleaged, she looks pretty.

I agree. Sarah is a mature, independent woman who doesn't directly represent the royal family. She's always had her own sense of style. For someone who will turn 50 soon, she looks good and good for her for keeping the weight off. I have to say that I don't like the black stockings/tights that she and the girls like to wear often.
