It's New York Fashion Week... maybe she's here for that. It goes from Feb. 13-20. I imagine she'll be front row and going to parties after (if she goes).

The Duchess of York owns an apartment in NYC doesn't she? Maybe she's here to visit her mom and perhaps attend a few fashion shows.

In picture #2 Beatrice looks just like portraits of the young Queen Victoria.

Thanks, Ice. She def. resembles a young Queen Victoria. I've always thought that. I do wonder, though, what was the point of her being in the film? Just for fun? To bring attention to the film? It would be one thing if she had a speaking part, albeit a small one, but she's basically just an extra so I wonder what the purpose was.

What is the purpose of any extra?

I'm sure Beatrice got her part as an extra because Sarah had a role in the development of the film, but then, I'm sure that's not unusual...people probably get parts as extras because they have connections with the filmmakers.

She really does look like Queen Victoria. Kind of amazing, that you can still see a resemblance so many generations on.

Both Sarah and Beatrice need good support undergarments (ie. Spanx) as neither is toned in the body. Sarah is sagging all over the place and Beatrice is trying to wear high fashion on an untrimmed body.
I must say that I love the silver color on Beatrice - it goes so beautifully with her hair and complexion.

Beatrice's dress is way too matronly for a young lady of 20, imho. It is not at all flattering on her. I have to wonder if anyone helps her choose her clothes or if she just goes on her own?

She may have the same coloring as her mother and the same bad fashion sense, but to me she just like her father. I really wish someone would take this poor girl under their wing and teach her to dress.

I don't want to repeat myself but, does anyone help her when she shops or does she just go it alone? Surely there is someone out there who would be able to help her dress like a young lady of 20.... I would think that they would be lining up. :)

I don't think Beatrice's dress is that bad. I didn't like it when I saw the picture in The Daily Mail, but after seeing the pictures that Emeralds and Opals posted, I like it. Not that I necessarily have any fashion taste myself! It's not so low-cut as other dresses she has worn. The only thing I don't like about it is the black band around the waist.

I do agree that Beatrice and Sarah don't look much alike apart from the hair and the similar figures, though. I was reading the comments on that article and I noticed a lot of people saying that Beatrice looks more like Andrew, and I've always thought so myself.

I think that death is harder on young people because it's not so expected as a fact of life.

I like Beatrice's jacket quite a bit. It's stunning all by itself and would look nice with a pair of jeans or a simple skirt outfit.
