It can't be 1990, thats Beatrice the Duchess is holding and she was born in 1988. Perhaps its 1989?

but no the date, but I sure, the photos is of 1990, later eugenie's birth.

Corazon, I think you are right, my mistake. Sorry!
Just checked ITN Royal year books and Beatrice is too big in the picture I posted for it to be any earlier than 1990. Wonder what they did with Eugenie?
