They arrive in Mexico today, but official activities start tomorrow.
Saturday, Mexico City:
Reception with representatives of Spanish organizations in Mexico
Lunch with President and Mrs. Fox
Inauguration of a photo exhibit of works by a spanish photographer
Sunday, Mexico City:
Reception with representatives of Mexican culture
Lunch with Spanish Ambassador in Mexico
Monday, Monterrey (Nueva Leon)
Inauguration of Conference of Hispanistas; Felipe to give short speech
Attend sessions of conference
Reception/lunch with top "Hispanistas" attending conference
Inauguration of journalism labs at the university
Visit to Monterrey Museum of Modern Art
Dinner in their honor hosted by Governor of Nuevo Leon
Tuesday, Monterrey
Reception with Mexican business and enterprise officials
Visit Monterrey Municipal Museum
Tour of Technological Institute (University)
Return to Madrid

I had a heart-stopping moment when I read the first part of this post: confirmed I thought that following it would say: Letizia and Felipe are expecting their first child ... 
How disapointing to discover that they were just taking a regular flight! :P

There's a dinner in their honor (Monday?) but I doubt it's a gala dinner--the entire visit is designed to be very low key, casual, and friendly.
I did read two nice anecdotes in an article about the start of their trip:
First: that apparently the mexican press is filled with commentary about how charming, friendly, pleasant and down-to-earth they are.
Second: a woman who spoke with Letizia today at the Spanish Casino said that when she mentioned something about the rain at the wedding, Letizia said, something to the effect that yes, it rained a lot, but "we looked upon it as a shower of blessings".

I think it's great that she wore a scarf and had a handbag that--from what I can tell-had a design that was a homage to her mexican hosts. This bag is splendid.
Back to the hotel at the end of the night: happy but tired?
A nice photo of the two couples walking--from yesterday
President Fox is known to be a devout Catholic--he apparently invited Felipe and letizia to attend mass with him today and worship the Virgen of Guadalupe--Mexico's patroness. They accepted and attended mass together, but I have not seen any photos.
