i couldn't help but notice that letizia looks quite absent and serious in the video, slightly unengaged. she also didn't clap after felipe's speech, unlike the rest of the people in the room. is it protocolar that she doesn't, being the queen? it looks to me a bit standoffish but maybe that's the way it is done.
 
this white ensemble is such an improvement with respect to her latest outfits.
