Because the press have been wondering what color her eyes are because her last official presentation to the press she had been sleeping. You obviously haven't been reading the reports then. They always talk about her eyes. BTW, Letizia's eyes are green not brown.
 
Leonor is so adorable! I think it's cute that they all wore jeans, even little Leonor. What a beautiful family!

How cute is that girl, I've been waiting to see her and she's gorgeous (but let's face it, with parents like that, how can she be ugly?); those jeans are sooo cute and the little jumper looks awesome on her.

I hope there will be more pictures of her on New Year's, I hope she can wear a dress like the ones Irene has..:D

What questions did the press ask? Did we learn anything new about the sweet baby?
 
Once in a while one can see photos that goes straight to the heart - and these photos of F & L with little Leonor are of that caliber. Absolutely wonderful. It is a real gift to be able to be so besotted with one's child. F & L are just glowing - I bet they are having a hard time just to sleep through the night without waking up just so they can hold their baby. It is a true blessing to see these photos - I wish all children could be so loved and for all parents to be so in love with their children.
 
Leonor is a beautiful baby! Letizia looks amazing for giving birth just two months ago! Too bad we all couldn't look like that! The family looks very close and happy!

My first reaction to the first set of pictures was 'wow' Letizia looks absolutely amazing for someone who just gave birth a mere two months ago. As a whole though, I think these set of pictures are wonderful, baby Leonor looks absolutely wonderful, especially in the arms of her father.
Someone mentioned Letizia looking 'softer', I completely agree, motherhood must suit her well. She looks as if she's at much greater ease with herself when she's with Leonor as well.

gorgeous family! and letizia, wow, she looks fabulous in those fabulous-looking jeans... the prince and princess look so happy and totally in love with their baby... leonor is going to be gorgeous. :)

i love the span. rf about as equally as i do with the danish rf but i have to say, i love these new pics of the felipe and fam bettwe than those of fred and family. the former just looks so warm and natural... maybe it's the latino in them. :D

Don Felipe and Doña Letizia had lunch in a well-known restaurant of Puerto Calero, in Yaiza, accompanied by their cousin Alexia of Greece and her husband, the architect Carlos Morales. Both young couples went to the restaurant without their respective children, enjoying a calm day in a calm place.
Our photographer caught the moment when both couples, accompanied by their respective escorts, left the restaurant. By the gesture made by Don Felipe, we don’t know if the presence of the journalist pleased him quite much, but the Princess, as a professional who has been in the world of the media, always maintains a diplomatic smile.

Haven't been around much lately, but had to stop and and see all these great images. Thanks for posting. What a really beautiful family. These, along with the ones of Maxima's girls in Argentina in their blue dresses, are now my favorite "royal family" photos. Simply divine.
