Then maybe the article is a mistake or has published wrong information.
 
Her attendance was a surprise .. She was with king Abdullah. Some Participants thanked them via twitter.

So this is what she had wished her husband on his b-day? It's very inspiring and quite a unique wish. She must be very creative when it comes to wishes! ;)
 
Arabic is a very flowery language and this tweet is very typical of the style of praise that Arab leaders receive on birthdays and other occasions.
