According to Al-ghad newspaper Queen Rania will be in NY during the next two days to attend Un meetings.

Maybe!..Yesterday also HM was supposed to attend her teachers awards event but she did'nt . The minister of education deputized her.
 
King patronizes grand Hijra new year celebration
Amman, Nov 5 (Petra) –– His Majesty King Abdullah II on Tuesday congratulated Jordanians, as well as the Arab and Muslim world, on the Hijri new Year as he attended a grand religious ceremony at the King Abdullah Mosque in Amman to mark the occasion.

King meets head of Russian delegation to joint committee meeting
Amman, Nov. 6 (Petra)--His Majesty King Abdullah II met on Wednesday with Head of the Russian delegation to the Joint Jordanian-Russian Governmental Committee and Agriculture Minister Nikolai Fyodorov, who is currently visiting the Kingdom to take part in meetings of the committee.

King meets chairman of Omani state council
Amman, Nov. 6 (Petra)--His Majesty King Abdullah II received Chairman of the Omani State Council Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Manthri on Wednesday, who conveyed to His Majesty the greetings of Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed of Oman.

Yes Shrifia Valerie didn´t attend the welcome ceremony so King and Queen welcomed her in private.
 
I think this the second visit this month to UAE.. Why?

For prince Hashem yes, but I'm not sure about princess Salma.
 
That's true salma. Only Hussein & Iman were visiting the tomb with KA & QR previously.
I think they all dont remember their grandfather & must knew him from their parents & relatives memories.
Hussein & Iman were so young & both salma & Hashem were not born when his majesty died in 1999.
