That's quite a milestone. Everyone involved with the JRF should be very proud.

I have little question.
the Jordan River foundation work was started by Queen rania or Queen noor?

It started off as Queen Noor's Jordan River Design which got started with Save the Children in the mid or late 1980's.

Queen Noor started the initiative especially the highly successful Bani Hamida products and other co-operatives which truly was the first women helping women projects in Jordan.

It then got transferred to Jordan River for Development Projects which was put under Rania's patronage when she became queen. It then was 're-launched' as The Jordan River Foundation in 1995.
