Their Majesties The King and Queen and Their Royal Highnesses The Crown Prince and Crown Princess attend the opening of the new opera house in Oslo (20:00).
Princess Astrid or Princess Märtha Louise aren't mentioned... so they'll probably won't attend. I keep my fingers crossed to see them as well.
It would be a bit weird to have foreign Royal Guests (Margrethe and Victoria), but the own Royal stay away from the event.

Does anyone know what kind of dresses we can expect?
Will it be a black-tie and galadresses event?
Or probably a Tiara-event?
