It's quite simple to attach images:
1] Type your message in the textbox
2] Scroll down to "Additional Options" [menu after the textbox]
3] Where it says "Attach Files", click the "Manage Attachments" button
4] When the pop-up window appears, click one of the "Browse" buttons to locate the file on your computer
5] When you have located the picture [the picture must be on your computer to do this], double click it
6] Hit the "Upload" button
7] When it's finished uploading, click "Close Window"
8] Hit "Submit Reply"
9] And your picture should be there!
