Princess Christina to be a Grandmother

Princess Christina and her husband, Tord Magnuson, are set to become grandparents later this year. The couple’s youngest son, Victor, is expecting his first child with girlfriend Frida Bergström. Princess Christina’s Jewellery Stolen from Palace Apartment

Princess Christina has been the victim of theft recently, as a number of her jewels were stolen from her apartment at the Royal Palace of Stockholm. The jewels were stolen by a 19-year-old friend of the Princess’s husband, Mr Tord Magnuson, who was being mentored by Magnuson. Count Carl Johan Bernadotte, uncle of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, has passed away at the age of 95. UPDATE 24/02/12 at 06:33: King Carl XVI Gustaf has just announced that the newborn daughter of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel has been named Estelle Silvia Ewa Mary. She has the title Duchess Of Östergötland.
Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden are the proud parents of a newborn baby girl. The infant, second in line for the Swedish throne, was born at 04:26 this morning, February 23rd at the Karolinska University Hospital in Solna. She weighed 3200 grams and was 51 centimetres long.
