Prince Jaime and Princess Viktória of Bourbon-Parma announced the birth of their second daughter, which they named Gloria Irene. The baby was born yesterday in Rome and weighs 3355 grams. The Duchess of Parma gave birth to her third child, a son, on Sunday April 24 in The Hague. Prince Carlos Enrique Leonard, who is the new heir to the Headship of the House of Bourbon-Parma, was born at 8:58am local time and weighed 3,020grams. Duke of Parma Loses Legal Battle Against Son

Minister Ard van der Steur (Justice) rejected the objection that the Duke of Parma filed. The duke wanted to prevent his illigitemate son, (Carlos) Hugo Klynstra, to be incorperated into the Dutch nobility with the title Prince de Bourbon de Parme. Infante Carlos, Duke of Calabria Has Died in Ciudad Real
