Last Sunday, May 31, Queen Sofia and her sister Princess Irene of Greece flew from Santander, where the Queen was attending the celebration of the Spanish Armed Forces Day, to London on board a Ryanair flight to visit their brother Constantine II, Former King of Greece. King Constantine is recovering from a heart operation in the Intensive Care Unit at Wellington hospital.
